  1. wrong, anabolic steroids thin the muscles during usage, so while you increase mass, you also increase the likelihood of total muscle tears.
  2. thats a great idea, give'em a drug that actually INCREASES the likelihood of injury. Sorry pal, but that is just plain stupid.
  3. What distortion are you talking about exactly?
  4. so who would we have gotten, without naming him specifically, Nix already said he didnt think bulaga was a good option. So who then, what good would trading back accomplish. The fact is that Nix and chan felt that we needed an explosive playmaker more than a mediocre right tackle or overrated QB.
  5. of course, it'll be hard to hit the incentives when he's hurt on the bench
  6. or like rob johnson
  7. so trent didnt finish lat yr on the bench, is that what you are saying? last season, trent did not play his way out of the starting lineup, thats what u are saying? Cause thats what i based my statement on. Fewell wasnt tied to trent, and when he got control and trent didnt perform he pulled him, thats a fact. Its my opinion that trent will once again underperform, and be replaced, again, only this time by brohm.
  8. yes, i'm stating what i think will eventually happen
  9. GB did indeed match the offer sheet, Brohm chose buffalo. regardless he does have a lot to prove, almost as much as trent.
  10. I think brohm jumped to #2 and they want to give trent a fresh start, but come gameday, he will show the new coaches why he finished last yr on the bench. This will be brohms team by week 1.
  11. you mean the imaginary option, we have no idea if trading back was an option. If Nix didnt feel he was getting equal value for the 9 pick then why move? clearly, he felt better about taking spiller at 9 as opposed to trading.
  12. trent wont be the starter by opening day, he'll choke in the preseason and brohm will take the reigns
  13. day 1 rotation doesn't mean much, the games will decide how quickly Brohm is declared the starter
  14. Pitts is a good option, until this recent injury he never missed a game, he can play either guard spot, plus has experience at LT as well. Hopefully we can bring him in.
  15. so you have no faith in bell/meredith, hardy, johnson, easley, how about maybin, troup, carrington? Did you hate the Byrd and mckelvins picks as well? Cause thats who we got. Ive said it once and i'll say it again, we have young talent, untested talent, but it is talent regardless.
  16. if they arent a contender this year, they will be next yr, we arent that far from being at the top
  17. as underhanded as this may be, the titans are in the wrong here, no laws were broken, except maybe the one the titans are breaking by filing BS lawsuits
  18. I thought we established he had been blackballed and is ineligible to be signed
  19. yes, and druckenmiller, and rick mirer. Bill walsh was a great coach, but he got this one flat wrong.
  20. no, what i'm saying is that great players produce, and make those around them better, trent failed to do that. i'm also saying that the excuse of his team sucking is just that, an excuse, he chose stanford, so dont give me that ****, he had his chance at a winning program, and more than likely couldve transferred out if he wanted to be with a winner.
  21. hey, hey hey, come on now, that's not necessary
  22. no problem with TE staying at Stanford, no problem at all, however, choosing to stick with the sinking ship doesnt absolve him for his lack of productivity.
