To this I add Culture = Talent. Good talent = good "culture" bad talent = bad "culture" For the past 20 years have fans been talking about how to change the culture of this team or finding a franchise QB. I guarantee you, when the Bills find their franchise QB, this team will start winning. it will have nothing to do with culture, and everything to do with the talent.

And I disagree completely. Winning changes everything. and Winning comes with talent. Culture is derived from the talent you have. When Brady retires, and BB stays, the pats will be an average team. And how do you walk the walk. by holding people accountable? Has no coach of the Bills or Browns tried that in the last 15 years? I'd really like to join the "Culture" of the Golden State Warriors.

So are you to say the bills are not doing whatever it takes to win against New England? Or is it that Tom Brady is better than every other QB the Bills have trotted out in the past 15 years.

Its amazing, from what i have seen, you weed out the less talented, you improve the overall performance of the company. Did you change culture, or did you change talent level?

No they didn't establish a culture. They are just better than eveyrone else at the QB position. Is the key to finding the next Bills QB finding one who can bring culture or finding one who is better than most? Why is it in all the examples i provided the Culture instantly changed when the talent level did? its quite strange, no?

They beat a bad Cardinals team on a missed FG. They beat Brock Oeisweiler. You can tell me with a straight face that if the Pats played the Steelers and Seahawks in that stretch instead they would have won all three games?

Did the Colts change culture or did they draft Peyton Manning The Pats - Culture or Tom brady Packers - Brett Favre, Aaron Rodgers or Culture Steelers - Big Ben or Culture Pittsburgh Pengunis - Crosby, Malkin or Culture Edmonton Oilers - Connor McDavid or Culture. Chicago Blackhawks - Kane Toews or Culture Yankees - Culture or top level talent. Cubs - Culture or talent Tthe bills and browns - Culture or a lack of a competent QB? The minute you find the talent is when you "Find the culture" "Culture" is the most overrated thing in sports "Bad culture" stems from bad talent.

So when Buffalo shut out NE 19-0 was that because of a lapse in culture or a massive talent downgrade.

Yes the Cleveland Browns the only team that has had as crappy QB situation as the Bills. Again do you blame the culture, or the fact that the QB list is dookie. the most overrated thing in sports. There is no such thing as a losing culture. If the Bills get a franchise QB, did they "change the culture" or did they just luck into finding a guy that can win games. The Pittsburgh Penguins didn't change the culture, they drafted two of the best players in the entire game. The Colts didn't change the culture, they drafted Peyton manning. The list goes on and on, culture is such a coach talk BS thing used.

Which is literally the worst thing they could have done. Either go for playoffs, or go for the cellar. Enough of this middle ground crap. IF they would have went for the cellar they could have a top 3 pick and all this additional draft capital, but instead it will be pick 12-15 and other draft capital that now has to be spent to move up in the draft. Right, because the Bills didn't beat a brady-less Pats 16-0. Wthout Brady the Pats are an average team, at best.

If it means getting a franchise QB, sign me up for 0-16.

Or they will have to overpay to bring in a guy, who is not as good as Watkins. I agree with that, but the fact that the GM used the ability to sign Watkins as a factor for the trade is a C.O.S. Well if**** they get a rookie QB next year, having Watkins, Jones combo would be a hell of a lot better than Jones, Insert name here_____

Best WR in the league, what are you talking about? No one is asking that nor saying that. he was by far this teams #1 WR. The Rams also think he will be their #1 WR. We Gamble on Matthews who has swirling questions about his knee, and wont be able to practice for weeks? The guy will not be a factor early on this year.

This season 5th year option Franchise Franchise I now just found 4 more seasons of Watkins if they wanted.

The Bills or the Jets? The Bills no they are not, they will finish ~.500 and pick 13-15 again. I'm super excited I bought tickets to the Falcons game now. {Rolls eyes}

The bills are teh one that put themselve in this position by not excercising the 5th year option. Which most people fail to realize. Also franchise tag him the year after. I just found a minimum, 3 more seasons of Watkins on this team, just like that.

Which is 1000000X worse then tanking and admitting it. I'd rather do what the Jets did.

And if the Jets or 49ers are in spot 1-2, you are not getting there. Not to mention 75 % of the QB's are all underclassmen and can stay in school. Talk about Cart before the horse here.
