I think you are kind of proving a point here. The money market for mediocer QB's was insane this year. and yet teams stayed away from McCarron for whatever reason. I have to wonder why that was?

Because he doesn't have any pocket presence, he panics and runs away from non existent pressure. He is a one read QB and if it is not there he panics. he doesn't drive the ball, he mainly tosses it out there. His arm strength is questionable at best. He makes very questionable decisions. He has relied on a good run game and stout defense his entire career. Has not been asked to control the game. In those 3 starts in 2015 He threw for under 200 yards per game. and the Bengals offense died with a great surrounding cast.

NO, but the amount of pressure to start Josh Allen if McCaron implodes will grow each week. If Allen is not ready you are setting everyone up for failure.

When he took over for Dalton the Bengals offense slowed to a crawl and McCaron despite his winning record was downright awful at times. McCarron is what he is, and that is a backup QB, who if he starts routinely your team is in trouble. So in your minds the Bills can do no wrong. Go it.?

And people hated Tyrod for that. McCarron is Taylor without the running ability. Going in thinking McCarron is going to be anything short of woefully inconsistent is bad news, he is just not good. There is a reason "Despite what you say is "eye popping" numbers at Alabama he was graded out as a mid round QB. Tyrods "Game management" got us 3 points in a playoff loss.

Please do this then if you have better ways to waste time. AJ has been this way all the way back to Alabama. He has limited Arm strength. He has no pocket awareness. Is it just ironic that every needy QB team passed on McCarron when the money being handed out was "Stupid money"?

I never said she wasn't qualified. Russ answered to her, yes. But Russ was still doing day to day tasks that she will now take on, leaving less time for her to do what she was doing. So if a person under you is fired, and you don't fill the role, you take on more work, it's that simple.

and a bit more. Russ had a job, what ever that may be. So she will be doing her job, + what ever the hell Russ was doing. For two sports organizations. I would like for them to bring in at least one person to assist.
