  1. How does Trent Edwards in anyway relate to the success of EJ Manuel. Please enlighten me. This aught to be good...
  2. You mean the game where the other offense didn't score a touchdown and still won? Where he was helped by 200 rushing yds and still lost. the one where he comlpeted less than 50% of his passes? The one where he had a wide open WR in the endzone and threw a pick 6? That one?
  3. I get that. But people are saying that Manuel is nowhere near what Smith and Palmer are. It is not fair to compare as Smith and Palmer and their careers to EJ who has played in 10 games. I just showed what each QB did in their first year as kind of a guide. He was bad for his first 5+ years.
  4. Not fair to compare. Lets take Rookie Alex Smith V Rookie CArson PAlmer V Rookie Ej: Alex Smith - 1 TD 11 INTs 875 yds (9 games) 40.8 rtg Carson Palmer - 18 TDs 18 INTs 2,897 yds (16 games) 77.3 Rtg EJ Manuel - 11 TDs 9 INTs 1,972 yds (10 Games) 77.7 Rtg
  5. http://www.kffl.com/player/9341/nfl/injury_history/ben-roethlisberger
  6. I can play this game too! Actually Tuel was great against the Cheifs. If only his WR wasnt wide open in the end zone. and the CB dropped that 99yd pick 6. If only he completed more then 50% of his passes! give me a fudgin' break
  7. Funny you should ask... http://orthopedics.a...houlder-surgery "What looked like a horrific, career-ending injury turned out to be a life-changing event for Drew Brees. When Dr. Andrews performed Drew Brees' shoulder surgery in 2005, he did more than perform a semi-routine surgery. He helped the New Orleans Saints win a Super Bowl."
  8. I don't even know what to say to this. Would you rather have Drew Brees? Lets take a look- First 10 starts for each: Brees - 12TD's 11INT's 1999 yds Manuel - 11TD's 9INT's 1972 yds Man we should have written of that Brees guy after 10 games.
  9. No not such is life. You iz IDIOT!!! Ej is the worst person to ever Football. EVER!!! We have seen enough of EJ to realize that he is never going to win at football. The sample size and evidence is too huge to say otherwise. Tuel on the other hand. WOW. He is probably the best person since ever! The way he throws the ball while cooking food for the homeless is just nothing short of extraordinary. We have not seen given him a fair chance. Did you see his command of the field during the game. His throws are like he has a lazer sight for an arm with a trigger and just fires the ball. Its jaw dropping.
  10. So we can say small sample size for Tuel, But not for Manuel. Oh man this is getting better everyday. The EJ is terrible crowd has now gone onto contradicting each others arguments.
  11. I dont even know where to start with this. So If Ej is on target on 15 throws and 10 are drops (They were almost caught) Does that mean he does not have command of the offense? Except they are not facts, at all.
  12. So we don't score points and don't win. Seems like an awesome effing plan. lets go with the Training camp HOF QB Jeff Tuel as the starter. I cannot wait for this season now.
  13. Just want to get this right: People are allowed to blame EJ for losing to Pitt, TB and a bad performance against Baltimore. Being a rookie is not an excuse. People are not allowed to Blame Tuel for having terrible games against Cleveland and KC. Because he was a rookie?
  14. Did he pass the eye test against Cleveland and KC last year? Was that inability to move the offense against the Browns "just a top D, just happens." Or was that 99Yd pick 6 just a "hey it happens to the best of them?"
  15. 51TDs and 53INTs in his first 5 years. He was also benched in favor of Shaun Hill and JT O'Sullivan in 2008.
  16. Can you also tell me the lottery numbers and tell me which high risk stocks i should move my retirement fund into since you can see the future and tell things that others cant.
  17. Can you please tell me what those QB's have to do with EJ. I would love you to try to tie this together!! Next please tell me we should only draft an ole Miss QB because Eli Manning went to Ole Miss and he won 2 superbowl. I just love irrelevant data so much!!! Can you provide eveidence to back up those facts. you know like pictures like Wayne provided showing his release point VS say Rodgers, Brady or Manning. Next please show me evidence of a 5esecond + stare down of a wr.
  18. He was also hurt for half of a year and lost playing time. So in reality yes, he is a year removed, but he has less than a year of pro experience. Apparently all that means is EJ is a HOF QB and was not meant to shed some light on the situation. People are outrageous on this board when it comes to having to be right all the time.
  19. Agreed, we should just draft the in the second round whatever QB is from Tennessee, Ole Miss, Purdue, Cal or Michigan. Do'nt care how terrible they are, they will be good because they went to X school.
  20. I dont think he would work. Need someone that could run this offense. Someone that can move a little bit at least.
  21. I had the same thought I was staring into his eyes. They looked very slow....
  22. Man, this got me pumped for this year!
  23. I know this may sound crazy, but. Manuels #1 and 2 WR were not on this team last year so could it also be the chemistry is still getting worked out.
  24. I will be impatiently awaiting the Jeff Tuel for starter discussion before and after the game!
