Re-sign Brohm as the 3rd man, and let Brown take backup.
-
She is definitely hot, but WAY too fake.

I would have liked to see his body desecrated as much as the next guy, but I actually like the fact that they gave him a "proper" Muslim send off and got rid of it quickly. We really don't need anyone else pissed at us, and just like any dead, they deserve some (dare I say) respect.
It was a very smart move politically, and also a very smart move to have dispached him immediately rather than put him on trial and parade him around as a martyr. Really, any other way of handling this than what they did would have been very, very, very bad in the long run.
But we got him! 'Merica, hell yeah!

Wow thats awesome that Fitz has a good deal of the team there. Great leadership and hopefully this and the schedule being announced means that everyone is preparing to close the CBA here shortly.
That or our guys dont care about that kind of stuff and just want to play ball, which is also really awesome.
-
As a QB coach? Sure I'd like to see him as in a Bills hoodie.
As a QB, no thanks. I'll stick with Fitz.
-
he's a player rep of the organization that is being locked out.
The NFLPA? They "decertified," remember?
-
anyone who's tried to cross any of the bridges into Canada after a Bills game can attest to the fanbase up there (got stuck in it after the Steelers game last year for 3 hours).

I dont understand what you're trying to protest. They aren't putting us through anything right now. There aren't any NFL games in March. We really aren't missing anything other than free agency, which is largely a time of not much happening anyways. The way I see it, this is the equivalent of you boycotting a company because they decided to not work on a Sunday.
-
I beg to differ.
Sincerely,Jeff Hostetler. Matt Cassel

Brown steps up and nails it, we go to the playoffs, and everyone is happy that we didnt decide to take Newton in the first.
-
I'm calling it to be in LA as an homage to the first one, plus by then they might have their shiny new stadium
-
I like it, but i know the board would melt down at the sight if a CB in the first, regardless of talent and skill.
-
Other than some miscommunications, he looked a TON better than Brohm vs the jests.... but thats not saying much.
I'd like to think he could be a good QB in another year or so when we're ready to move on from Fitz, but I'm not holding my breath.
-
Wait... so the browns are going to have the Rams' offence from the past few years with the Bills' defense from the past few years?
sounds like they've got a good plan eh?
-
He also has Newton, Gabbert, Mallet and Locker all going in the top ten.
-
This just in, Dareus to declare for draft. Just leaves Fairley.

Several teams have CB as a high priority, too: San Francisco at #7 wants one, Philly at ~#24 wants a pair of 'em, Detroit at #13 wants one as its top priority, and four teams have CB listed as P2---St.Louis (~#14), Pittsburgh(~#30), Oakland (#48), and Arizona (who might Amukamara there or trade their pick).
Of those, a trade down to 7 (San Francisco) makes the most sense, although it'd cost them a 2nd and 3rd, or a 2nd and 4th.
How about we be generous? We trade down for a 2nd and a 4th from Ariz. and they take Amukamara. We get 6 picks in first 107.
7 Buffalo Marcell Dareus DE34 Alabama
34 Buffalo Greg Jones ILB Michigan State
45 Buffalo Justin Houston OLB34 Georgia
68 Buffalo Lance Kendricks TE Wisconsin
99 Buffalo Corey Liuget DT34 Illinois
107 Buffalo Pat Devlin QB Delaware
117 Buffalo Casey Matthews ILB Oregon
130 Buffalo Lee Ziemba OT Auburn
164 Buffalo Roy Helu RBF Nebraska
198 Buffalo Rob Housler TE Florida Atlantic
But if Dareus is going at #2, how the **** do we trade back and get him at 7?

Wait, I didnt think teams could contact the staff of other teams about positions until after their season was over?
-
does this imply that Harbaugh will stay, or do you think NFL teams (Dolfelons) will throw too much money at him?
Depends if Harbaugh is self serving or not and how much Miami or the 49ers want him... Perhaps he makes a deal with Miami that he will go there the following year, and stays at Stanford (if he does it would make sense for them to have a good shot at the Championship).
-
He was on the edge this morning with Bull. Supposedly that interview will be up on their website after the show.
Quick points: He's committed to Fitz, but still looking for a long term QB since fitz isnt exactly too young anymore. He's currently evaluating the defense, so still no update there. His tight end bit was interesting. Basically said that TEs that can both block and catch are few and far between, and with our depth at WR, he's not sure if thats a 100% necessary component (aka, if we can find one, great. If not, oh well we'll manage.)
-
Dont worry... Gabbert will be there if our coaches think they really need one.
-
I think its definitely worth tossing him an offer and see if he bites. We could use someone who actually knows what a tight end is supposed to do on this team.
-
man, you must be smoking some nice stuff tonight.
-
I'm gonna admit that I thought brohm would be decent when we picked him up. He didnt look bad IMO last year considering he had a month to learn the playbook and meet everyone, plus it was better than the abomination that was Edwards.
However, this game was horrid. Its not like our line did much at all to protect him, but even Brown looked better today in his one drive (minus the overthrow that was miscommunication/lack of practice).
Yes, Brohm needs to be cut. Put Brown as the backup and pick someone else in FA (UDFA, Thigpen, whatever) for next year.

Well the good news is that the Ford's DON'T want the Bills, and would rather have the rivalry of 2 teams that close together.
