Ok, you want the truth, heres the truth. We really have no idea what is going to happen on this team. No one does. The way you look at it could be true. However, most of us FANS like to look a little bit more optimistic, and would like to think that some players on this team will step up and we will do good.

http://www.buffalobills.com/media-lounge/v...f2-b15f0c68758d According to the video, Chan has his QB order penciled in, but wont say anything about it. Also, in a complete reversal from the previous organization, they're gonna be primarily in pads at camp! now just another month to wait to see what this team ACTUALLY might look like

ALL the QB's Mechanics look much improved
AxelRipper replied to Lenigmusx's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
have you not been on the board for the past 4 months? this topic has been beaten to death and most have decided that he cant be much worse than the other 2 qbs so give him a shot. I'm holding out hope that he will come out and dominate, but right now its more conservative optimism -
so 5 teams in Cali? I dont care how big the market is out there, thats just rediculous

Brohm to me also looks like he has the most natural looking throw. Something about Fitz and Trents throws just looks awkward. -

Tom Modrak Must Go !!!!!!!!!!&
AxelRipper replied to tonyjustbcuz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
ok... I had to go and check on this... while there is no proof that williams indeed wanted a QB (I dont see why the first year, primarily defensive coach would want one when we had the wonderful rob johnson on staff... but thats besides the point) I think our first three rounds I'd say were pretty good that year, with Nate Clements, Schoebel, and Travis Henry. and also, as people have pointed out, Modrak didnt start "running" the draft until 2002. this was the 2001 draft -
Worst NFL stadium issue you have had, anywhere
AxelRipper replied to Skoobydum's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Last year went to the texans game at the ralph. Had won tickets so we were about halfway up the rockpile in the cheap seats. Was not a good game. With the exception of the end-around by TO for a TD, there was nothing much to chear for, and no one was cheering, everyone was just sitting around watching the game and feeling depressed. except for a group of 10 completely wasted 20 somethings in the front row of my section. They werent cheering or being rowdy or anything, they just wouldn't sit down. Just stood there with their $10 beers in hand and watched the game, completely blocking the view of everyone behind them unless they too stood up. We collectively asked them to sit down so we could see, got some **** about if we wanted to sit then stay home, and finally called security over. They talked to them for about 5 mins, the people refused to sit, but finally they sat. Just long enough for security to walk away. Took 4 times before the either decided it wasnt worth the hastle, they moved, or we left because it was just getting depressing (I forget now what the outcome was). If you have front row seats in the 200s, you do not need to stand to see the game unless something interesting is happening! Sit or move to the back of the section! -
What's the coolest "Bills thing" you ever did?

This one is more of my parents rather than me, but still amusing because well... The day of superbowl XXV, my mom and grandparents were forced to drive through the massive snowstorm in buffalo that day, and my dad got called away from the superbowl party he was at when they got there. The reason? My mom went into labor. With me. They watched the entire game and wide right in the hospital, and I was born early the next morning. Needless to say, my name isn't Scott. -
Edwards hitting on the deep ball?
AxelRipper replied to Jerry Jabber's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
looking at yesterdays highlight video... one of the "highlights" from the recieving corps is a rediculously wobbly pass from TE... then followed by a bullet from brohm at about the same distance. if Trent can make it work, then good for him and the team. If not, I'm hoping to see Brohm step up to the plate -

My last few years of highschool playing bass guitar for my high school band and being named the official band of the bills. That was an experience I will never forget. Especially the Monday night game vs Dallas. Being down on that field pregame was just incredible. I still get chills thinking about the energy in that stadium. I mean, we played 7 games a season there for the last few seasons, and I have NEVER heard that stadium as loud as it was that night. I can only imagine what would happen if we were to wind up with a home game in the playoffs. -
looks more like roscoe to me.... same cage at least: http://www4.pictures.gi.zimbio.com/Pittsbu...CZh6GAOjI8l.jpg

8 in the box will still trouble Bill's Offense
AxelRipper replied to Chuckknox's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
quick pass outside to parrish? -
Well if they play during the fall, which would make more sense to me, then I would support them playing in rochester or toronto for sure! or vegas, or LA, or san antonio or....

2010 Bills: Better out of the box?
AxelRipper replied to Jerry Jabber's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Everyone says that we arent setup to stop the run... but is there any possible way that we will be a worse run D than last year? If we are any better than the 31st ranked run D then we've made progress -
so who got cut now?

"Wildcat offence now 1st and 10 on the 23. Jackson in quarterback position flanked by Spiller and Lynch. Spiller goes in motion to the outside. Heres the snap. Jackson hands off to Lynch. Oh wait! Play action! Jackson passes to Spiller. Breaks a tackle. at the 10... 5... TOUCHDOWN! CJ Spiller on a play action pass from Freddy Jackson! Do you believe it??"

actually... if you want to talk about a long ways away i think there was a team that played a couple miles away from their "home city" a couple years ago... granted it wasnt by choice though... The San Antonio Ain'ts?
-
well if you want to go with that logic, Brohm has probably the most to prove... to green bay for making him wallow away on practice squad
-
I do believe the raiders were still named the Oakland Raiders when they played in LA, were they not? or you could always do stuff like the Los Angeles Angles of Anaheim did...
-
so if it is as you say, then leading up to now, edwards has been in the lead in the race, with the exception of a few days when fitz was on... then suddenly something changed and now brohm has a slight edge on edwards and brown will be filling up the roster? I think those plays were to fluff up the defense rather than degrade the qbs and the reason edwards didnt throw any bombs was that they were practicing in the Red-zone. It just looked like fitz was throwing bombs because of his lobbing throws
-
what it looks like: fitz makes all reads quickly and floats the ball near the reciever. Trent stares down his intended then throws it at him after a while. brohm on the other hand seems to read everyone then throw it where he wants with some good zip. its looking good for brohm... but cant really tell until pads get put on
