Obvious red flags were overlooked

I expect him to be a better and more focused head coach now that Bobby Babich is the DC and will handle that side of the ball on game day.

Even if Von plays like the pre injury Von, I still think he needs to play sparingly until playoff time.

I want him to become the guy that makes a big game changing play when needed. (in the playoffs)

We have seen Shakir and what he can do already. He just needs to maintain the same consistency. Nobody thought Bernard was going to play anywhere near as well as he did when he was thrust into a starting role with the loss of Edmunds. He really looked lost the year before. I don't know who is going to surprise us like that this year. Would like to see a rookie rise up and take a starting position.

If there was no player there that was going to move the needle this year, then I think it was a good move. It will be interesting to see what happens tonight. Possible trade for a vet receiver? I don't believe in drafting to keep a player away from other teams.

When all is said and done the Bills paid Stefon Diggs 80 million for 4 years. For a top receiver that is not all bad and they got something in return for him. Onward and Upward!

I’m no draft expert and don’t know anything about the prospects but the Bills need an elite receiver to replace Diggs. If that is what it takes to draft “the guy” then I say YES!

The soup ain't done yet

If the Bills got rid of his huge salary and are only taking a 3-4 million dollar cap hit then this could be a great move if they can somehow land one of the top receivers this year. Diggs has been awesome until whatever happened last year. All the controversy was created by the media, not the man himself. Diggs has heart and he showed me that the game is more important to him than anything else. I wish him well.

I love me some Diggs but he is a mystery. I don’t understand what happened last season or where his head is at. Media constantly stirring the pot with speculations doesn’t help anything.

Diggs may go full A.B. Need someone that can push or replace him.
