    The only real problem with both of these guys is that they can't catch. Other than that they are pretty good receivers.

It is where you connect to peoples minds and when you can do that you are able to lead them to their higher level needs. Lead with empathy and understanding of common needs. Explain what and why. The people will tell you how. This will bring fulfillment and happiness into their lives Happy people are better at their work which in turn makes the organization better.

    He had a good game against the Jets (who didn't even show up). That is it. He has done nothing else all season. No excuses. He no longer has that quick jump step that defenders feared.
