    Simple. The Bills are built to be competitive year after year while hoping to catch lightning in a bottle at some point. They will not go all in at a chance to win a Superbowl if it involves mortgaging the future. Beane has said this exact thing. So here we are.

    The Bills did not rate their head coach very favorably on the NFLPA survey. Actually rated as one of the lowest which tells me the players don’t like him for whatever reason.
