    Thats pretty bold to say he produces through AT LEAST 33, if not longer. And he needs far less than 4-5 years of that to be hall of fame. if he does that next year he’s roughly top 20 yards, 2 years is top 10

    Just saying he’s a very fresh 29 doesn’t magically make 2,500+ pro touches, another 650+ college touches, a major ankle injury in high school, a decade of blocking and simply 29 years on earth disappear He doesn’t have 5 years left. No matter how much he says it.

    He will I’ll be turning 30 at camp next year. Im open to bets about whether he has 4 seasons left. We are in the territory where you Red you have to look at getting his replacement sooner rather than later. We will see but I can’t imagine more than 1 more year. Maybe.

    I’m not trying to take a flag there but I think you can get pretty wide leeway in letting Gronk know what’s up in the moment and then hitting him hard on the next play

    You are putting more time into constructing my argument than your own. if your stance is Tyrod is horrible at everything and has no strengths, there’s not much for us to discuss.

    Agreed. So should we play to his strengths, or his weaknesses if we were going to keep him? Why keep him if opting to play to the weaknesses?

    He said it deserved suspension it got got its own section in the coverage. Wasn’t a game highlight but will be a national story on its own

    We took a qb that needs explosive plays because he’s not great in the methodical middle of the field game- and then signed a WCO coordinator and got rid of all our explosive players for possession guys. The results were easily predictable

    Yup Even if its 4 and 1 we weren’t ready for the snap — that the refs messed up didn’t change that you have to stop the play before it’s snapped. That the refs messed up will get the attention but we miserably failed any kind of situational awareness there.

    Sorry, that’s still on coach. I think the wide majority of coaches handle that situation better than we saw today.

    About average and lacking at the most important position. The only time they are complicated to figure out is when you are hoping they are something noteworthy (good or bad)

    Fair assessment. Hate seeing guys end with an injury but it seems the right time

    Its a meh move. Was fine beforehand and not going to freak after the fact. I tend not to deal him for a day 3 pick 9 years down the line, but if he wasn’t in the plans, he wasn’t in the plans.

    Im not arguing taylor is great. I’m saying he does some stuff well, and peterman hitting on some of TTs weaknesses makes many fans overvalue his accomplishments. If Taylor was a great rhythm passer with poor arm we’d be less excited about peterman and overvalue a guy like cardale for his rocket. It’s just the basic knee jerk

    Ah, yea. It’s blurred together some and not a stat I exactly track. in today’s nfl it’s a rarity and happening to us a lot.
