The team was sharp. Players looked confident, play calls consistently good conceptually. got the good bounces - good all around I think if you go back there was some weird body language on the dolphins side very early. I caught myself commenting on Tua after the first pick. We are definitely in their heads in a meaningful way at this point and that’s real currency that goes beyond tonight’s preparation last up though - if being nitpicky- a blocked fg continues the special teams woes. They must get that unit under control or it will continue to cost in major moments.

yup. there’s definitely an upper cut of truly elite guys but for marketing the nfl loves pretending there are about a dozen star qbs that’s not to say the others are bums - just like there was a gap from Payton to Eli or Brady to rivers

they are both on the list of teams that could underwhelm -

oh he will for sure be schemed into motion, bunches etc…. but just like the risk of jumping a route, if you try to muscle a guy that fast and he dips/ducks/dodges you can get into trouble

if they hit on worthy and it’s a miss on Keon, a safety doesn’t fix that bigger stronger corners will be a risk to put on him as they as tend to be slower

if nothing else settle Lamar down knowing he can’t scramble on that first play. the chaos doesn’t benefit him as a passer, just as a runner. Slow it down and get everyone synced up.
