    Mixed feelings. like the player. Definitely not priced out to his ceiling not sure whether paying $15m for this type of player is actually getting us closer or not.

    it’s totally weird. but also I can only imagine what that dollar store employee has to go through any given shift. In most cases they are stocking, checkout and security by themselves and put through the wringer

    I think at its core the only reason anyone feels the need to pay cook handsomely is our lack of speed/playmakers on the perimeter. he’s a very good player but specifically our only non qb that feels electric when he touches the ball hopefully we can find a receiver like that, whether or not we keep cook

    usually rough situations take both sides pushing the limits of common courtesy

    no one in the world considers ceedee as a slot receiver so much as an explosive receiver that can be moved anywhere in an effort to create advantageous matchups. put another way, he can do everything, while mcconkey or Shakir would struggle if pushed outside primarily.

    luckily, we are rarely playing catch up, allowing opposing offenses to simply run playing in shootouts I’ll take any edge rusher that can end a drive

    generally what I’ve told giants fans. having a cornerstone back with no qb is a rough spot. You put hard mileage on him only to make it harder for you to get a qb? Their calculus becomes something like darnold/cousins plus saquon? I guess? that playoff season simultaneously bought them time but also closed a lot of paths forward

    yea, I don’t think they’ve managed the roster well but keeping Barkley and not getting a qb is a total purgatory plan

    they at least got a championship still i doubt that makes that pass better, but perhaps a little less focused on as it was not the pinnacle of their achievement

    honestly, I think the biggest thing is it’s near impossible to get a hotel room - so the buying market with big funds is shrinking. No celeb wants to stay in Baton Rouge

    yea, I mean cliff avril was a good pass rusher. Bruce Irvin. Michael Bennett. At linebacker they had Bobby Wagner and kj wright. I think finding Josh a WR may be easier than finding 7 defenders
