    not really touched on the play - maybe the play prior? had that type of weird half running gait to him though edit: now confirmed cleared but still on the sideline

    is najee out with a hangover? that was super weird to essentially jog to the sideline and kneel and then is just getting air on the bench, no other treatment?

    counter: Friday night before the season CmC was full go. sooooo even now I think Purdue is likely but wouldn’t bet my life savings on it or anything

    for sure but that’s still a pretty solid feat to get to realistically probably more of an 8-4 team which is not a slouch

    we did it for the pats for a decade. Bad teams blow these games, and good teams don’t. its mostly the gap between good and bad teams

    all risk with a bad qb, no number 1 wr, etc… asking for trouble and the upside is what? A 5 yard gain?

    I think it’s silly to pretend Josh wouldn’t be incredibly proud of himself in the accomplishment even if his public facing commentary needs to be humbled and focused on one week at a time. while I think it would be a cool thing, it would be just out of this world for Josh himself

    the chargers coming to Buffalo would be a nice jump in home field advantage compared to Baltimore.

    No one wants to be on the hook for injury guarantees once eliminated. I wonder if we see the commentary we did about that with DangeRuss being benched last year for the same reason.

    burrow has a national championship and an afc championship- I think the guy has some drive to win He lets them afford a few of those guys though

    so what’s your downside to Josh being recognized? sure it’s not any of our number one targets for the year but it’s a pleasant feather in the cap still why do you feel the need to cut against that grain out of all the things you could be contrarian about?

    Super Bowl is much bigger but mvp would definitely change the narrative around Josh being overrated. I’d enjoy that chatter changing.

    I think you prefer pedal to the metal there but may be some argument for playing it as a contain type role- not knowing if mahomes could scoot inside or try to escape back. By slowing down he has paths to any direction he tries to escape and was unlikely to run him down otherwise

    meh. I’d have to rewatch that but the 4th felt slow developing and lacking viable options. When taking pressure I would’ve liked something a little crisper I think but live was tough to tell

    not enough will understand this one at the same time, any understanding it is too many.

    rebuild was never the right phrasing based on how many here use the term. When the expectation is a championship ring, any small step back instead of pushing chips on the table is a rebuild. Even in those years you can be a reasonably good team when you’ve got a Josh Allen.
