All these posts are great. My experience with football is limited to being a fan. Other than playing touch or flag football in my youth I know nothing about running a game or team. However I have been involved with enough organizations over the years to know that leadership plays a big role in the success of any organization. Over the last three years, we have heard the refrain that we are rebuilding. OK, I buy into that. We need talented players to compete in the league. Yes, we have a few weak areas. But so does every team in the NFL. No one has a roster of Allstars at every position. Over the past decade we have had hysterical coaches, unemotional coaches, players coaches, and coaches with southern accents. They bring in their teams of coordinators and give it all they have got. Throughout our team has remained in the doldrums. We win a few and loose more. I think Gailey is a good guy. But is he and his staff capable of motivating this team? Can he enthuse energy into players so they compete at the highest level? Based on his results so far, I don't think so. However if he gets fired who will we get? My guess is more of the same. The bottom line is the person doing the hiring is the one we need to call out. Time to pas the reins Mr. Wilson....

Perfect... Gailey is a few bricks short of a full load. His playbook is predictable and simple. He has no idea how to run a team. He has turned over the defense to a moron of a defensive coordinator. Please dear God, send us a head coach that knows what the hell he is doing!

I thought his scheme was to hide up in the stands behind a plate glass window. That way he doesn't have to relate to players.

When I have watched Barkley play this year he has struggled. I don't think he will wind up a first round pick.

What Fritz needs is competition. There is no one on the bench that can replace him right now. If nothing else, Vince Young was that.

Just think where we would be if we won a game or two....

I just don't see the Bills bringing back players they let go.

I vote for Rob as head coach of the Bills. Would make for interesting games against the Jets.

I posted this before but this seems like a better thread for it. Here is my "Arizona Theory: In 2008 we were 4 and 0 looking good. Game 5 was against Arizona. In the third play of the game Edwards gets clocked by Adrian Wilson, Edwards had a concussion and was never the same after. Our season went to hell in a hand basket. Our team mojo flew out the window, or better stated, our team mojo was hit so hard it went into hiding. We need to get our mojo back in this next game. It is hiding somewhere in that stadium. Maybe under the visitor bench. Maybe in the locker room. Maybe in the snack bar. We need to find it and have it re-installed. Arizona took it from us and we need to get it back or it is going to be a long season and I am going to be upset I forked out $200 for the NFL package.

Creative.. Actually I was thinking this team resembles more of "The Matrix". Things are never what they seem, there is a lot of noise and running around, and we are still looking for the "One"... That is the coach that will deliver us from the evil machines...

Any good coach would have had this team performing by now. Chan is not good. Our alleged offensive genius is known for a complicated offense. Obviously it is so complicated the players do not understand it. Same goes for Wanny. Allegedly Chan has given him complete power over the defense (basically because Chan can't do it). After three bad games, captain checkdown was outta here. Well what is good for the goose......

Fitz is Chan's guy. So I do put the blame on him. That and he has totally relegated defense to Wanny...

Absolutely... Marty knows how to run a team... not just an offense. I think Buddy is doing OK. Our draft has improved and we went after solid players. We need a coach that can take this talent and turn it into a winning team.

I wish it were just Fritz.

Multiple years of poor draft picks.. Still to be destroyed by two conference teams is hardly an endorsement of Gailey's skill.

For this they ditched Vince Young? At least there was some upward potential with Young. They could have kept Young in third and saved a buck plus a draft choice.
