Wawrow hints an Internal Issues with the Bills
strive_for_five_guy replied to CountDorkula's topic in The Stadium Wall
What is the point of Wawrow throwing this one out there though? It’s like “I know something you don’t know”. Dangling it over everyone else so we know how important he is? Threatening the Bills that he’s going to spill the beans? Encouraging fans to start making rumors? -
We don’t have a chance to still win the division?

Our bigger issue is the botched snap, not the timeout strategy.

Josh Allen - Psychology - Coaching
strive_for_five_guy replied to SCBills's topic in The Stadium Wall
To the points of Daboll v. Dorsey, is it possible that their differences in personality are adding to any pressure Josh is feeling too? We all saw how competitive Dorsey is when the Bills lost to the Dolphins. Josh is also uber- competitive and already his harshest critic. When Josh does make a mistake, how might Dorsey be reacting versus Daboll’s approach? MJ never won his first NBA championship until the Bulls brought in the zen master himself, Phil Jackson. The psychological aspect to Josh’s recent play is intriguing. -
Should the Bills re-sign Ed Oliver?

Agree, and I’d pay Edmunds before Oliver. -

Since we missed out on CMC, maybe he could fill that role? -
Anybody see replay of Dion's holding penalty
strive_for_five_guy replied to LABILLBACKER's topic in The Stadium Wall
Does anyone know whether the television crews are being instructed to not show as many replays of questionable calls? Maybe I’m just making it up in my mind, but I feel like fewer are being shown this year.- 94 replies

Josh Allen concussion speculation
strive_for_five_guy replied to Einstein's topic in The Stadium Wall
Maybe you’re missing what I’m saying. If Josh leads the team to two more TDs in the 2nd half as well yesterday and another field goal attempt, the Bills score at least 28, potentially 31, and are we even having this discussion? If Josh was concussed last Sunday as some are theorizing, wouldn’t he have been less sharp in the 1st half yesterday? The real problems are the Bills had trouble with the Jets pass rush and the WRs had trouble getting open against their secondary. I don’t buy the concussion theory. -
Josh Allen concussion speculation
strive_for_five_guy replied to Einstein's topic in The Stadium Wall
No. Would you have suggested a concussion was affecting his play after the 1st half yesterday? He had the boneheaded INT in the 1st half yesterday, but otherwise looked pretty sharp (two TDs and led the team into FG range in less than a minute). -
We only had nine possessions yesterday, two of which were shortened end of half scenarios. The defense has got to get off the field, so that we even have the ball. And then when we get the ball, gotta have better pass protection, WRs have to get open and make plays, and Josh has got to stop throwing boneheaded INTs. If just one of those things is better yesterday, we probably win the game.

All your juicy Odell Beckham gossip
strive_for_five_guy replied to Simon's topic in The Stadium Wall
Now that we have Hines as the full-time PR and McKenzie is struggling to offer consistent production, I would be shocked if Shakir doesn’t start getting phased into the offense more and more. McD always slow plays it with his younger players in favor of the veterans, and plays the “long game” with all of the players.
