  1. Exactly. Would we rather host a team like the Steelers, Ravens or Texans in the Divisional Round, or go to their place? And then there’s the chance of still hosting the AFCCG, like you said. I’m not conceding the 1 seed yet either. If we can beat the Lions next weekend, we’re then in solid shape to finish 14-3. KC could lose next weekend to the Browns, and then we’re back within a game, with three to go. With KC facing the tougher schedule.
  2. As bad as the D was yesterday and as good as the Lions have been on offense, I’ll be surprised if the team allows more than 35 points two weeks in a row. Just think this loss will really sting and the team is going to come out with something extra to prove now. Although I could be wrong, as I thought the Bills would stop the Rams yesterday just fine 🙃.
  3. Maybe it’s good that McD feels the heat a little bit heading into the final 4 games and the playoffs. Hopefully the embarrassment of yesterday will fuel him and the rest of the defense to step up going forward. Get that bad taste out of the mouth and take it out on our opponents moving forward. Lions will be a real tough first test.
  4. Yeah, I’d spend the money trying to sign the likes of Benford, Bernard, Shakir, etc. to longer term deals before trying to re-sign Douglas at his age and potential price. Use one or two of our draft picks on getting younger and cheaper at the CB position, have that person compete with Elam next year (if Elam is even considered salvageable by this coaching staff, at this point).
  5. He’s become a really critical target for Josh and just entering his prime, I think the Bills should be more than willing to prioritize the dollars for him. I’d pay close to $20M annual for him all day, when they’re paying Curtis Samuel almost $10M. It’s been proven that having an outlet like Beasley or Shakir helps Josh take his game to another level.
  6. K well you said we lose to Detroit and win 3 of last 4, we’ll be 14-3. We’d be 13-4 in that case.
  7. You’re saying if we win 3 out of last 4, we will be 14-3?
  8. Don’t see how Josh isn’t going to win it two weeks in a row. Put up record setting stats this week.
  9. If we win the Battle of Lake Erie and Cleveland does their part against KC, the tides will feel like they’ve turned.
  10. @Low Positive Are you contemplating a user name change to High Negative?
  11. I hope you cash in big time then and buy us all drinks
  12. Andy Reid did a spectacular job coaching the ball off the FG post and in.
  13. How they gonna squeak by Browns? Tie game late with Browns driving, a Jameis pick 6?
  14. Hmm, I will take that bet with you…
  15. Mahomes gonna make this win look easy 🙁
  16. We’ll see if the Chargers can pull it out tonight, although having the likes of Harbaugh and Payton in the same division at least bring some non-Reid coaching credibility to the division.
  17. Shakir, Cooper and Hollins all showed up big time today. Too bad the defense didn’t.
  18. He’ll lose about 15 pounds if he’d just shed that arm brace.
  19. Everyone is missing the point. I learned long ago that losing to an NFC team actually helps our seeding.
  20. This is better than 12 guys on the field. Smiley told the team to err on the side of caution this time.
  21. It was the dumbest thing ever. They masterfully kept all three up until that moment, then figured out a way to use it.
  22. This was all just practice for the playoffs. McD told the D to not show up, and force Josh to try and win this one all by himself. This way, Josh is ready for that come playoff time.
