  1. He does get limited. He only had 5 regular season games last year with over 80 yards. Just b/c he put up a lot of yards yesterday doesn’t mean teams don’t game plan for him and limit his yards.
  2. To talk odds, even if you gave the Bills a 90% chance to win each of their remaining 19 games (which is extremely generous), the chance they win every single one is 13.5%. Lower that to 80%, and odds drop to 1.4%. So, there’s always a “chance”, but just want to put this in perspective for some. That’s why we should take it one at a time 😎
  3. The one I’m in you’re still in.
  4. I like this thread 😁😁😁
  5. Just wait til Von sees the crowd next Monday night, he definitely won’t be blinking then!
  6. Going full McDermott mode and going to say let’s just win the next game first LOL
  7. Love what we saw from the team the other night, and the fact that Benford has earned playing time already. There is lots of upside with our corners unit. With that said, I think it’s a little early to say we have one of the strongest corner units in the league. The D-line was playing lights out the other night, we have two all-Pro safeties too, and the Rams might still be working through some things offensively. Plus, I’m optimistic Tre will come back from the injury successfully, but it’s possible he isn’t 100% the same as pre-injury. For me, this unit has a lot still to prove, before anointing them one of the strongest in the league.
  8. Seems feasible. I’m sure the RB coach discusses preferences for different packages with the other coaches, and if someone fumbles like Cook, maybe have a standard protocol to allow the player to reset and/or McDermott or Dorsey just call that shot during the game.
  9. Right, his logic makes no sense. Guess that’s why he’s writing for the Boston Globe.
  10. The Bills win the Super Bowl, and some will still complain that we should have won it sooner.
  11. I think Josh also showed why coming to the Bills was such a smart career move for Von, as he vastly outplayed Stafford. Von going to win more games and be playing with larger leads, meaning more chances to sack the QB. Perfect situation for Von and the Bills.
  12. Definitely doesn’t guarantee anything past this year, but keeps Jordan happy and focused on at least the rest of this season. Moves like this shows others that Beane will take care of performers, as well.
  13. While not the perfect comparison as you’ve acknowledged, that same thought actually crossed my mind last night too. Definitely can see the similarities.
  14. I mean, we already know that Josh is the Miami Dolphins’ daddy. He may just be the whole league’s daddy after this season.
  15. Von Miller is going to eat Tannehill alive. And no talking about feeling bad for Vrabel and other teams that we smack around this year - we need to keep going for the jugular!
  16. How did Josh Allen do is his first few games, season, etc.? Beane and McDermott play the long game with their players. Way too early for this discussion.
  17. Totally agree. - Nick Wright
  18. Putting the naysayers around here on notice - You know who you are!
  19. Here we go, what we’ve been waiting for all week!
  20. Wrong, only 6 yards lol
  21. Does anyone think the Rams would trade us Ben Skowronek for Jamison Crowder, straight up? A friend thinks Skowronek is better, I’d venture to say the Rams would jump at that offer, which would suggest that Crowder is clearly the better option.
  22. Blowing multiple wins in the playoffs would definitely be historic and take the cake!
  23. If he can be heard on the mics, what’s the chance Josh calls a “pizza pizza” audible this Thursday? The comic relief alone would be totally Josh.
