  1. Do we even really have an offensive problem? We’re 5th in the league in scoring, 3rd in yards, fewest punts in the NFL, etc. This includes playing in the rain one game, a sauna another, starters playing less than three quarters in another. They can pass all day for all I care, it’s more exciting anyway! At this point, my biggest concern is the team staying healthy.
  2. One funny part about this thread is that the subject line and OP’s comments aren’t even one in the same. Subject line asks whether we’re concerned about Elam (after his first game), OP then comments on us having been able to select a backfield starter at that spot in the draft. Elam could become all-pro, alleviating any concerns about his abilities as a CB, and some are still going to argue that we should have taken an all-pro RB instead. The debate on the latter may never end, and the subject line isn’t even aligned with that debate.
  3. Should be able to beat Pit pretty convincingly. KC game essentially a battle for the top seed in the AFC. If we are 5-1 going into the bye, we should be feeling on top of the world, having weathered all of these storms and early season battles.
  4. Looks like Beane/McD have played this right so far. We won 3 out of the first 4 games w/o Tre, and we dominated the Miami game w/o him as well. Whether they play him or not against Pit, keeping the fingers crossed that he’ll be ready for the KC game.
  5. This and it’s almost like he also has a real D Line in front of him now too. How much was he compensating for an average at best D Line in past seasons?
  6. Can we have a poll on that? 😝
  7. 😂😂😂 We already know you were missing that losing feeling! I’ll def be annoyed if we lose, probably looking for an excuse like injuries or weather.
  8. The pundits have short memories, for sure. Not to mention they ignore key points like the fact that even though we lost last week, we dominated the game and are probably getting some key contributors back this week.
  9. Awesome, not caught up on everyone’s status, but maybe we’ll have the entire starting OL out there this week? 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
  10. I agree. In addition, it’s just a violent sport. Career and life threatening injuries can happen to any player, on any given play. Tua’s situation is just all the more shocking because of what happened last Sunday and the controversy already in place, coupled with the visually gruesome injury last night. And with his size, he essentially was a rag doll for the guy bringing him down. Assuming Tua recovers to play again, that might not be the last time he has a moment like that on the field.
  11. Fair enough. It is true that I could really care less what the team is wearing, although just poking some fun lol
  12. Who said I didn’t like the discussion?
  13. My best explanation is that Italian Bills logged in under the wrong screen name, and posted under the wrong topic.
  14. Yea I think it was the culmination of the afternoon. To put up 500 yards of offense yet only score 17 points is probably unacceptable and frustrating to him. A wasted opportunity and game they really should have won.
  15. Obviously Philly isn’t going undefeated, but I like the OP’s assumption that Miami is losing on Thursday 👍👍👍
  16. Two weeks in a row, Kelce under 60 yards. And the Chiefs actually lost this week. Has the rebus been solved?
  17. Any discussion of bringing Daryl Williams back? Or is he banished at this point?
  18. The Bills’ shell defense is Jackson’s kryptonite.
  19. It would have been so awesome if the butt punt had resulted in a TD for us right there 🙁
  20. Not sure what the outlook on Kumerow is, although that’s a perfect example of why getting OBJ onto our ranks now is not a bad idea. Some late season WR depth insurance…
  21. It’s not too early to project that we’re going to continue to be the favorite to win it all, because guess what, we continue to be the favorite. Even WITH the injuries we currently are dealing with, we dominated the game. Certainly if the injury bug gets worse and that starts to impact our ability to dominate games, the outlook for the team will change. But what other team in the league do you think has a higher ceiling and outlook than the Bills?
