With the way the AFC currently stands, it wouldn’t surprise me if a couple WC teams make it to the AFC Championship, in which case the 5 seed would host. Aside from playing the AFCN winner in the WC Round, one more reason to at least get the 5 seed.

To win the division, we need to beat the Pats and we need the Pats to lose to either the Jets or Miami. If the Pats lose to the Ravens, the Eagles game doesn’t matter for our chances to win the division. To other posters’ points, the Eagles game could still matter for the 1 seed, though.

Agreed. I would take it further and say that anyone is better than Hochuli. While we played like crap the first time we played the Pats, I think we would have won that game if Hochuli weren’t the ref.

We better have some other receiving weapons by then. Hawes is a beast and occasionally is making the clutch catch, but I don’t think he’s ever going to be one of the top TE receiving weapons in the league.

Totally agree and am pulling for that, as I’m holding out hope the Bills can slide into that 1 seed 😎. If the Bills do that, they’ll be like +300 to win it all, heading into the playoffs.

I think bettors are figuring they have as good a shot as any to get the 1 seed in the AFC, which is a huge bump in a team’s chances to get to the Super Bowl.

There’s a difference between being cocky and confident. I’ll put my money on Josh over Drake all day. It’s so funny to me you come crawling into a Bills message board a week before the game though looking to pick fights. For all the Super Bowls that the Pats* “won” with Brady, one would think your self-esteem would be a little higher and you just wouldn’t care to stir a hornet’s nest at this point. But apparently you are lacking for attention and anything else to do.
