  1. Let him she'd weight and put him at MLB.
  2. There's a big hole in the middle of our defense. That's not magically going to get better. Our offense is going to start having to win the games. Washington has a talented team too. They definitely could put it together against us.
  3. Sounds intriguing... I think we just need to let this year play out... next off season we need to get a right tackle, 2 d tackles, a d end and a wide receiver... we took a step forward this year. If we get in the playoffs it's gravy.
  4. He's got a point... the NFL is weak in general this year or maybe we're just "sneaky good" when we're healthy and play to our competition. James Jones is 3-4 weeks behind. He's focused on game tape from Allen before he grew and his points were largely based on things that Josh has eliminated from his game I don't think we know how this team will react when they get in a shootout bc we haven't been in one yet. I think we have a plan/strategy to deploy when we get in that situation. We just haven't been in that situation yet. 3-4 weeks ago I think that would have a scary situation for us... Now with Allens new focus on ball security it could be a brighter situation... We might not even see that situation this season. If we do Dallas might be our first test. They are good.
  5. Jerry Hughes Part Two
  6. I respect that. We've waited this long right?
  7. Can we wear the 90's unis one fricken time in 20 years? I mean honestly.
  8. Seriously? Lol saying number 70 is a style of saying Cody Ford. It's a quick way of coding who we all know (bc we're Bills fans) Cody Ford is. The ones who knock the title... love you... but you need to chill.
  9. His arms are long enough... I think his shortcomings are a technique issue... it seems to me when he gets beat it's when he doesn't get enough depth and I don't think he has those instincts yet... I think when he comes back and has a chance to catch his breath he shows much better at RT. Why not? That's if he's not playing RG due to injury. I don't think it's guaranteed he overcomes this (imo) issue but imo I don't think it's a physical shortcoming. I think his feet are good enough... he has enough strength/athleticism and has 34" armlength which is plenty. Just a thought I've had lately wanted to post it.
  10. Billsblue... I'm not somebody with an ego thats going to pound you into the ground. Its just my opinion. I have love for everybody. I will say I watched the video several times. Lee Smith is a different guy but I think hes pretty cool. I enjoyed what he had to say about Duke.
  11. I'm usually not negative but this thread sucks.
  12. I voted Duke Williams. In Japan... Heart Surgeon... Number one... Steady hand.
  13. I love this thread. Those are two great and underrated points...

  15. Here I am 10:48pm Sat night pondering on my throne... all at once everything comes into focus... this is pretty awesome. We have "cakewalked" like a gif I saw in an earlier thread- on offense so far this year. Still we are 3-1... we have played some lower tier teams yes and we haven't put a full game together yet on offense (shout out defense) usually we would be 1-3 or 2-2 right now... losing a game we should have one... PROGRESS! GROWTH! It has happened before our very eyes and we haven't put a full game together yet. That is the next step. It is bound to happen soon when Josh Allen puts a full game together and gets rid of the ball quickly like he did I the second half last week... That to me was the light bulb turning on. I think this point forward we see a lot more of that... He's still going to have some growing pains but I feel like once healthy were going to get a lot more of the good from him than the bad. Here's to the rest of the season and a playoff birth!
  16. Yeah... we got a penalty on thar play and I wasn't supposed to be on the field lol.
  17. So I never played anything other than in the NYS adult league. This was back in '05 I was like 19. It was the same league the Buffalo Gladiators played in... I played for the Lyndonville Tigers... I played kind of a nickel linebacker role... We were playing the CNY Express and they had a guy named Chris Bresnahan... He was on the Patriots at one time... I was the 12th guy on the field and I put a hit on him. That's the closest I ever got to NFL action lol.
  18. Yeah akcash... according to this article: https://www.sporttechie.com/yahoo-sports-fantasy-streaming-nfl-football-app/ Yahoo fantasy football users will be able to watch all local and primetime games for free, and unauthenticated, within the Yahoo Fantasy Football app on smartphones and tablets. Games will continue to also stream on the Yahoo Sports mobile app as part of the five-year, $2 billion deal Verizon and the NFL agreed to in December 2017. Thanks akcash!
  19. I love how it streams the other games that are on Fox and Thurs night NFLN games... not sure if it does CBS. But does anybody know if it streams Bills games too? I live in Buffalo. If anybody knows I'd appreciate it thanks!
  20. Mono: "Oh yeah... Splee-een... Did we lock you in a dumpster one time?" Spleen: "Yeah, I got out..." Mono: "Cool man."
  21. My opinion is it developed into basically what looks like a cheapshot.... but what is this dude supposed to do... Allen has about 25 to 30 pounds on him and is running full speed... that last thing is instincts are telling him is "oh OK shoot... I gotta make this a perfect for tackle." Instinct in a moment like that is to protect yourself number one and number two give him a shot when he's trying to take you out... he can't control the physics of the situation... Allen is bigger and taller... what's he supposed to do just give up and move out of the way? His reaction could have been curbed a little bit but he just lit a dude up that was bigger than him that was putting everything he had into him... of course he's going to be a little pumped up... just my opinion.... when your playing football and you have a shot instinct takes over.
  22. I'm throwing a lot early to open up the running game... on defense I'm playing up on the receivers and sending a lot of corner blitzes from the blind side.
  23. I think Spain has been playing great... however I do agree I'd rather see Feliciano and Ford on the field with Spain playing the spell role... I like Ford at LG and Feliciano at RG.
  24. EDIT: I thought Edelman was out... I think this kind of weakens my argument a little bit... However I'll stick with the same predictions... go Bills! Original: This is my opinion of week 4 Pats vs Bills after watching both Jets-Pats and Bengals-Bills condensed versions. Last week the Pats came out fast on the Jets getting up to 20 to nothing. After that they stalled... I think they punted about 4--5 out of 6 drives in the third-fourth quarters. The left side of their line is a real weak spot which matches up with our strength... Hughes vs Newhouse should be fun to watch. Hughes although he didn't get a sack last week was putting a lot of pressure on Dalton against Andre Smith... Look for NE to have a TE or RB chip a lot on Hughes. I expect Fraiser to have a counter to that whether it be an intermittent db blitz or an LB or DB taking that player out in coverage right away giving them one less receiver. Their Defense is nice. They have a very stout front 7 and 4 veterans in the defensive backfield... I think this game comes down to which offense can overcome the defense. On paper to me our offensive line being younger/stronger/ and more athletic has the potential to do that... I think early in the game they do that with a strategy they deployed in week one (against a stout Jets dline) with throwing alot early and often to open up the run game early in the game... Its just a matter of can our young play makers get open against their secondary... I think they can. They have shown in the first 3 weeks that Beasley and Brown can consistently beat their dbs which gets us into a passing rhythm. If Edelman is out they're going to have some fits against our defense. Josh Gordon will have to turn it up. They are not the same offense that we saw against Miami when they had all of those pieces plus AB. I think Dorsett will get a couple chunk plays against us... I think play action to him is our biggest threat this game. Otherwise I'm not really scared of their receivers. If Edelman plays and is effective then it's a totally different ball game. My scenario predictions: 27-20 Bills... this only happens if we limit mistakes and turnovers... or if we have a few bonehead mistakes and we get a few turnovers. 31-17 Bills if we play a clean game and get turnovers. 24-17 Pats if we shoot ourselves in the foot and don't get turnovers. We are the younger more physically opposing team on offense. We are not as physically imposing on defense but we are more explosive and thats more important. I don't think the Pats are built to sustain success on defense against a successful passing attack. I think their secondary is good but the linebackers imo aren't as talented as ours against the pass. This game is going to come down to crafty experience vs youth and athleticism... Some additional thoughts: -As others have said Oliver is turning it on... He looked much better in his one on ones last week than he did in the preseason... I didn't watch him closely weeks one and two. - Nsekhe isn't play as bad as others say he is. He got burned like 1.5 times last week and got knocked over on a run where it looked like he tripped. Other than that he did his job. I do think that he could be playing better tho.
