  1. lol! If Boldin was traded only for a 3rd and 4th you are dreamin kid. None of our players are worth higher than a 4th. If Boldin is a 3rd and 4th, Evans would probably be a single pick of 4 or 5th. Lynch may get a 3rd if you're lucky and Schobel is over the hill. you be lucky to get a 5th for him, and I'd take it. This isn't Madden, the NFL treasures these picks. If I could trade a 3rd and 4th for Boldin, I'd trade every single pick away this year on players I knew who were good because its not like we can draft anyways, the last 10 years have proved that.
  2. you are correct sir, we will have a Top 3 pick next year, and then will draft Aaron Maybin's brother (if he has one) because he has such a fast first step...you know people, thats just something you can't teach =)
  3. I would take OT Campbell from Maryland. Good product, ran a faster 40 yard dash than Aaron Maybin did at the combine. My first choice tho would be to take Rolando Mcclain, he is the best overall guy at his position there that immediately helps us. Eric Berry wouldn't help us, it would just give us another DB. Mcclain upgrades are sub-par LB corps. Problem is we will then have a gaping hole at Tackle. By the way, Campbell gets picked before Bulaga and Trent Williams in my opinion. We will probably end up choosing between Williams and anthony Davis and both to me have crap written all over them. Thats why I go with Mcclain.
  4. He actually is a much much better blocker than Fred Jackson. I have seen Fred get killed in pass protection where Lynch holds his ground.
  5. I agree. Maybe not top five, and you might get ripped for that but he is def talented. To trade him away for a 3rd or 4th round pick like most people now want is down right dumb. You are not going to get a player of his caliber in the 3rd or 4th. We just need to hope he cleans his act up a bit. What did people expect. this guy is a straight thug from Oakland Cal. I disagree with Trent, he is god awful.
  6. Wow is Thon giving credit to Byrd?? They all can't be luck IMO, he is putting himself in good positions to make plays. Some of them are pretty lucky tho, I concur, and after all I am a Doctor. Great break on the ball during the Chiefs game where he got that bull crap pass interference call. Go Bills!
  7. or you could just pick him up as a free agent after the year and not have to trade for him???? he has a one year deal with an option of a second. My guess is he will want to try to play next year and make some good money. Seriously THINK before you post. This is one of the worst ideas I have ever heard. Everyone for some reason hate our 23 year old stud RB. Both are RB's are good, they are best of friends and they do not mind sharing the load. KEEP BOTH!!!!!!! you need both. and post something when you develop a brain.
  8. Perfectly said. Lynch has a lot of talent and I would hate to see him on NE or any other divisional team.
  9. Marv did bring in Jackson so.....
  10. Thank you noname
  11. He has plenty of wear and tear. He didn't just start playing football. He was carrying a heavy load on the other teams he played for before he entered the NFL. So don't just think he is like some rookie to taking hits.
  12. You have a first rounder invested in Lynch, he is 23 years of age with a lot of years left in the NFL. Why would you trade him. He is a good back, having a rough year. Jackson is solid and is having a better year, yes. But the fact is, this line is the worst in the NFL, Jackson is pushing 30 and Lynch has plenty of years left at 23. If you trade Lynch, you will just have to get another RB in the Draft once Freddy is done in 2-3 years. I do not understand y everyone is hating on Lynch. After Every game we see the same F'in thread about how Lynch is horrible. NO ONE said Lynch was bad last year when he made the ProBowl. Everyone loved him and his toughness. Now we have the worst O-line in the league and Freddy is doing better with this horrible line and you want your 23 year old, first round draft selection, who has shown promise to be traded so you will eventually have to waste another draft pick on another running back (willis Mcgahee); it doesn't make any sense. Why not save that future draft pick for a good lineman to help this guy. Or maybe draft a good DE like Orakpo to help our pass rush. And anyways, you need two RB's in the NFL, so why not just use both of them? I am REALLY getting sick of all the Marshawn hate. The guy is a monster to bring down, get this guy a O-line before you sell him out of Buffalo.
  13. Yea, right on, it pissed me off to hear Dan Marino go, "hes not going to Buffalo" about Shanahan. F you Dan. Its funny how you didn't win a superbowl. If someone paid me 10 mill to coach any team id take it, and so would you Marino. What a schmeeb
  14. Yea, made the pro bowl. He was 4th in the AFC, so that puts him in at least the top 10 in the NFL. Half of the people on this thread get the point. Lynch is only 23 and Fred is almost 30. Lynch has a lot more left in the tank and just needs a good O-line. He is dancing around cuz there are no holes. My season tix are right behind the endzone. Trust me, both these guys have no holes to run through.
  15. why cuz he got hit in the backfield as soon as he took the handoff? Have you you forgotten that most of the time he carries 5 guys for 3 yards?
