    Well maybe I'm too hope full that they can turn him into a big Ben type player but I'm still optimistic if they work on his passing game more he might excel. Josh's running is exciting but the better teams will shut that down or injure him.

    Oh come on Gunner---your one of most knowledge posters on the board---yes, Josh is going to run at times---but anyone can see that these are designed run plays called by the OF coordinator. We drafted this guy for his big arm lets get him coached up to be the winner QB that he can be.

    Yes I've watched Allen---I've watched most Billls game since 1965. How many good QB's have we had in that time. We have a 21 point led---we don't need to risk Allen to injury--we need to see what the other guys can do. He also needs practice at throwing the ball in the red zone area. My question to you is what do you rate our chances as if Allen goes out for the season ?

    Well JRB I know your a very knowledge poster, but the Bills are never going to progress or win a SB if they keep counting on Josh to run the ball.

    I'm not sure---check back if the Bills end up 8-8 because Dadoll kept using Allen as a running back instead of a QB----I think we drafted him to be a QB.

    Well did me draft him to be a RB or a QB---maybe he should not run him so much---he plays every offensive snap--maybe he's tires when Dabass calls these plays. If you don't have faith in your running backs then get some new ones.

    I'll just put it this way---21 point lead, near the goal, would Andy Reid continue to run his QB ? Daboll is an idiot.

    He's been in the league fr about 9 years & is 31 years old, pretty good run for a fullback---he might just retire.

    Division game, I expect a close game---not sure the Jets are quite as bad as some people think. Hopefully, by the next meeting the Bills will be on a roll & the Jets will be on a downward spiral & the their fans will be starting fires in the stands like the old days.

    Always enjoyable to read Shaw's post, used to read them on the other board way back. Keep up the good work Shaw. I hope we hear from Bill from NY this year also---last I knew he was having some health problems & didn't post much---hope he's still around & can chime in this year.

    Always interesting to speculate on the roster for the the upcoming season one of the fun things on our board. I wonder if this year because of the Covid 19 stuff & limited practices, preseason, etc if rookies & FA might have a harder time to make the team---that the team might be a little more conservative in their choices.

    I'm sure the Pats can fill the holes enough to be competitive. As much as I despise Belichick, I don't think his ego would allow him to tank. I wouldn't doubt that he already has his eye on several QB's in the next draft class. Heck, there probably won't be a college season & he'll sign some kid just a year removed from high school.

    Yeah, I think your right. I could see him getting picked up by some team after an injury but how many touches will he get. Also many of those might be short passes out of the backfield so they won't count on his rushing total. He does have pretty good hands.

    I started thinking in March that it would be pretty hard to have a normal season. I don't want to watch a NFL with half of the star players not playing.

    As other posters have noted if they press this nonsense & the Bills drop their name we don't need another name---we're Buffalo. What are they going to do when fans keep wearing their Bills gear & keep saying " Go Bills" The political correct police are screwing with the wrong team here----they can't win this battle.
