Why is there always some guy that signed up a week ago, that feels the need to share his wisdom with us by starting 29 threads/day?

Rome was not mocking the Bills...at all. The haters for Rome are great. The show is !@#$ing hilarious. If it doesn't fit your sense of humor, or lack there of, that makes a guy an ass? I don't like that call. Maybe you tried to call with a good rant and you got run, or they wouldn't put your call through...I would bet that was more the case. OP, this is an awesome alarmist piece... Rome simply said we weren't good...in fact he went so far as to praise the area and the fans, and say that it hurt him we were so bad, but we were bad. Oddly enough, he only talked about us because the Jets were here, no to knock us. We aren't important enough to get knocked.

Didn't he call Ralph's daughter a !@#$? I don't know where you stand on that, but that is hard to continue employing somebody that calls your daughter that. I am sure that many will just say it's no big deal, like Vick is no big deal...

Sweet take, bro...now get back below deck with the rest of the rats. Don't worry we'll get you some lifeboats.

Wow... Go !@#$ yo mudda, you !@#$ing mutt.

Odd... The people that "knew" all was lost are now the ones panicking. They devote their lives to proving how bad this team and it's players are... We have a !@#$ing brutal first 4 games...we are in 2 out of 4, and an argument could be made that the game in GB wasn't as lopsided as the score. Now...they are confused, calling for Nix/Gailey's head, they are trading everybody for 4th round picks, etc. I am a homer, through and through. I still root every week, and that's what I'll continue to do, but I always had the feeling this season was going to be ugly. I don't sit around and cry about it. That doesn't make this anymore fun, but really? Buddy addressed this when he was hired, and has addressed it several times since. He said it wasn't going to be this year, and that's not how a winning team was going to be built. The writing was on the wall, and now the ones that are shocked and appalled are the "realists." Is that considered irony?

Well, we're sure going to miss you. We thank you for your money during your fandom. We also figure if you're the obsessive type that is on message boards posting...you aren't going anywhere. We appreciate your sentiment, and will see you next week. Sincerely, RCW Jr. and The Buffalo Bills -
Where is the Front Office at this time
Beebe's Kid replied to pimp on da' net's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I know it. Every other GM in the league is at the podium right now, why isn't ours?? He should get out there and take his stoning. -
For all you veteran Bills fan...

Well look, darlin'. It's Jimmy Ringo...what do you think? Should I hate him? -
What do you make of this?
Beebe's Kid replied to Another Point of View's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Umm...they picked unanimously on a large percentage of the games. I am not saying that the Bills are a lock, or should be taken, but these guys have no brains. They all just regurgitate **** they hear, and make the obvious pick. I hope we !@#$ing kill the Jets. -
jacksonsville not sold on TE
Beebe's Kid replied to tennesseeboy's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Quick question for those building this "strong" case against Brohm.... What do you suggest we do? Just cut him based on the glaring evidence you have compiled against him? The guy was a stud a Louisville, and while you're quick to point out that he was the highest pick cut the quickest blah blah blah...he was a 2nd round pick. Is your case that you would really not see him? Otherwise your constant pissing and moaning is even more ridiculous than I could have imagined. Dean...you get back on your meds, or what? Your posts the last couple days haven't been the standard grammar correction, and not only that, but they have been lucid thoughts very much in line with my own. Good insight. -
This is the most mature thread I have ever read. I mean that in all seriousness. I think it boiled down to respect for Trent. Many fans has a disdain for the man, that his coaches and peers do not. I think that they realized this relationship was not going to work. Chan probably feels genuinely remorseful. I have not read one negative thing about Trent this year, in regards to his personality. I also think that his aloofness was more of a symptom of his internalization of his emotions, not the arrogance it was perceived as. I think Trent's biggest problem is Trent. Anybody that is honest about their emotions has been there in one form or another, we are just fortunate that it didn't unfold in front of a tormented fan base, and a venomous local, small market, media. Chan, from what I gather, tends to get fairly close to his players, but is not a buddy. He understands what is lost in a relationship by becoming their pal, but I bet he still gets close. He has made comments that Trent was too hard on himself, and that they were working on that. It is, obviously, an issue that they felt couldn't be resolved. It was best to give TE the change of scenery. Could you imagine if he came into a game as the #2? The fans would suffer at least 3 casualties, due to heads simply exploding. His play under center, in games that matter, was simply mind-numbing. This relationship had run it's course. To keep him here was to hold him hostage. We were done watching him, and to put him out on the field in Buffalo would have been the worst case for all involved. Cut ties, and walk away friends. I don't think you'll hear Trent talk poorly about this organization, like Johnson did when he left. I think everybody was very mature about the whole thing...minus most message board "junior GM's," who rarely handle any Bills news with class. Brohm, like him or not, is on this roster because he does have talent. Him being with Gailey is the optimal situation for him. I hope we see him, and believe we will, so Chan can evaluate his gameday decision making, and decide if he is going to be on this team, and what role he will play. I know many want to draft a QB, and I have to agree, it currently sounds like a must do, but to throw a rookie out there next year will be counter productive to all involved. Rodgers is what he is because he was able to be groomed. The Packers, in fact, drafted Brohm because they were nervous about what they had. Brohm has had to learn some real lessons, mentally, in what he has been through...top five pick, slip to 2nd round, miserable preseason filled with self-doubt, cut to PS, then come to Buffalo and be 3rd string. If you watched him in the preseason and deny he has talent, I question your eye sight. I am not saying he is ready, but he is a QB. He is simply sitting and learning like Rodgers did, only we as fans don't have the luxury of Brett Favre in front of him. Interesting time to be a Bills fan...I find myself saying that every year, but it sure beats harping on the negative over and over...and over.

Christ...you better not! You wear that jersey, and he may get killed.

My Hunch- Trent Outta Here Today
Beebe's Kid replied to BuffaloATL's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I love this list, and the fact that Mama Pecoraro is still hanging in there. If ATL is correct, he will make a strong case to overtake NGU...simply due to recent activity. -
Funny...that's how I feel about the negative !@#$s. They are more concerned with being wrong, than supporting their team. If you say they suck, they'll lose, nobody will give a !@#$ about what you said when they win...not that anybody gives a !@#$ now, since it is a bunch of echoes anyway. I guess when you're worried about looking smart, you worry about looking like a fool, hoping the Bills win. Bills 35 Pats* 27 I have more fun pulling for my team, then sitting in my own ****. So what says you, Poopy Pants? Go Bills!!!

I remember muttering this after the playoff loss...maybe the army picked me up via super sensitive satellite, and when they abducted you and put that chip in your brain, you were given the idea to deliver it to the world...after several other people had said the same thing...I want a percentage of all royalties.

The Bills are being laughed at off the field too
Beebe's Kid replied to JÂy RÛßeÒ's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He dots his "i" with a heart. !@#$ the Pats* Let's see some of this offensive genius this week. I was thinking about it, because I am a masochist, and if any QB on this roster is similar in style to those that Chan has had success with before...it's Fitz. He is not scared to run. He is not scared to throw down field. He isn't even scared to throw a block. I think we'll be pleasantly surprised...well I don't think 90% of the Bills fans can be pleasant anymore, but they will at least be surprised. When do you usually see a big play, or a team take a shot? 2nd and short...how many of those have we had? We have had absolutely no rhythm...and we really don't know what the plays were supposed to look like. If there was 6 plays called intended for Lee, and TE threw to him once... If I can, I ask you to flash back to that play. That was something we don't get the luxury of seeing, as Bills fans. That was a smart penalty. Woodson was toast, so he interfered, figuring the chances of us scoring were pretty well stacked against us. Give up 6, or gamble that Trent beats you? Easy money, except for the run game was showing signs on life and we got the TD. The one play we threw to Lee he smoked Woodson...why? Because there are a lot of CB's that have trouble covering Lee...the dude is one of the fastest wideouts in the game. Also in that discussion would be #11... Spiller is also among the faster players in the league. You can't teach speed, and it's hard as !@#$ to defend. Let's exploit that, please!! -
Lynch named 'starter' ---Jackson still workhorse
Beebe's Kid replied to BillsFanInLV's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Just a hunch, before somebody burns down The Ralph... Maybe Chan is saying one thing, and may do another. It would be crazy, and unheard of, but other teams in the past have done things like this. I'm sure you guys have all watched Spiller's highlights form Clemson...what could it hurt to have him out there as a receiver? Listening to WGR Schop and Bulldog had the morning guy on, name is slipping me, and he said that was ridiculous because we drafted Spiller to run between the tackles. I think ridiculous is saying something that closed minded. That is the current mindset of the fans, though. If they tried to get innovative, fans would have to find something to be unhappy about. -
^^ +1

Well the only reason TTU was a couple "rungs" up was because the had a great coach... Mike Leach

Spiller to have only small role
Beebe's Kid replied to BeastMode54's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This is weird. Trent threw a bunch of "screens," or so they were called, in reality they were just passes to the flat, to Spiller the last couple weeks. A smart coach would probably say how many carries each back is going to get, what downs they'll get them. A stupid coach would probably say Spiller wasn't going to be a big part of the game, then get him out there and change the gameplan... Since they already lost Sunday's game, I guess we can rule out the theory about Chan just posturing. -
Trent Edwards 4-color patch
Beebe's Kid replied to \GoBillsInDallas/'s topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I would love to know what the offers were...I am sure they were humorous. That signature shows that he doesn't sign his name enough. Sad how far the old boy has fallen. It would be great if he had some nut sack.
