  1. Come now, Fitzpatrick has been spot-on awesome since he got his contract! (JK)
  2. I expected some negative response to this thread...truth hurts. I held a mirror up to the real problem with the Bills and some people didn't like the reflection. I am glad some of you see the light, however.
  3. Sorry, but let's be honest here. Why would Ralph Wilson put a dime more than he has to into getting top notch talent when every year Bills fans fill up the seats and buy the merch? Here is the usual Bills season... 1. Ralph Wilson continues to field a "bargain" team 2. Billiever fans with their blindly hopeful "this is our year mantra" buy the garbage 3. reality hits....the talent sucks Wilson even "Buffaloed" the fans into thinking Fitzpatrick was some sort of long term QB solution...Bills fans bought in...and now they are disillusioned. Thanks to the Bill-ievers who will consume whatever crap is thrown out as a product, there's no need for Ralph to invest more in the team. Why lower his profit margin if he sells out his stadium while fielding the J.V.?
  4. The Bills..."they are who they thought they were".
  5. I find the original poster's score prediction to be insulting... ....the the Jets.
  6. Yes, by that time the Toronto Bills will be a great team indeed!
  7. Awww, don't you "Bill-ieve" anymore? LOL
  8. The problem for the Bills begins and ends with the "Bill-ievers". Ralph Wilson invests minimal dollars in a team, rents said team out to a foreign stadium once a year, and the Bills fans still fill stadium seats with delusions of grandeur...with the usual result we see right now. Why should Ralph Wilson invest another nickel in this team when the idiotic "Bill-ievers" will fill the seats, consuming lousy horsemeat like its prime rib? Why should he he put steak on the field when the "Bill-ievers" will eat up dog food every fall. Isn't his profit margin bigger since he can count on fools to buy tickets to see garbage?
  9. Hey, he shined in Dallas here and there as well- but they learned in the long run, as Buffalo will, he isn't worth it in the long run. He played well today- but what about next week? That's the trick with T.O.
  10. Today is a solid win for the Bills. It may not mean a whole lot as far as the season or the franchise, but for the moment it deserves celebration.
  11. I mean over the years, not today. Look back at all the RB's, QB's and everyone else who has come and gone while Lindell has been a reliably good kicker throughout all the losing seasons.
  12. Great kick by Lindell. When much of the rest of this team has been lacking, he has been a constant.
  13. Playoffs- what?
  14. Thanks for the geography lesson. Buffalo is IN Upstate, NY. It draws its fans from other Upstate NY towns(sorry, cities) such as Rochester, etc.
  15. Thanks for the lesson in grammar from the guy who suggested that the fans in the stands during the Superbowl years were cheering before the NFL-AFL merger.
  16. Dude, the OP was talking about the fans in the Superbowl years...go back and look. LOL!!!!!!!!!
  17. True, I moved to Upstate, NY in the mid-90's. I wasn't aware that only people who live in the Buffalo area and attend games are allowed to post here.
  18. Again, try to follow the thread, the OP was talking about the 'fans in the stands". Is this hard to understand?
  19. I mean the fans in the stands, what the OP was referring to. Please try to follow.
  20. Umm, what merger are you referring to? Are you saying the Superbowls were BEFORE the AFL-NFL merger?
  21. You appear to be right.
  22. Just stating the facts- those boisterous fans saw their team fail them four years in a row. Not much of a reward for your undying support.
  23. Yeah, but the ultimate end of those seasons was less than a reward for their enthusiasm.
  24. Seriously, one drive and you are sold? I don't doubt your enthusiasm but that seems a little shortsighted.
