  1. Found a mistake - under the PRIMETIME BILLS section with the Jacksonville Jaguars. That game was in 2001 not 2011 and while the score is right the Bills actually won that game. http://www.pro-football-reference.com/boxscores/200110180jax.htm
  2. Put an end to the London series. Teams shouldn't have to sacrifice a home game (with the Jets getting to play a "road" game in their own stadium against the Giants and a "road" game vs the Dolphins in London they basically only have 6 actual road games this year).
  3. I'd make overtime like college where both teams start from the 25 but the only exception being no kicking would be allowed. No field goals allowed and if you score a TD you have to go for 2. I think this is the most fair way to determine a winner in OT and I believe removing kicking would decrease the likelihood of it going to like 3, 4, or more overtimes.
  4. John Mccargo (kidding) Drew Bledsoe
  5. Devin Mccourty won us that game by tackling Fred Jackson at the 1.
  6. While I certainly agree with this it makes me wonder how Cleveland got a home MNF game.
  7. 5-11? What are they thinking? This team is 2-14 at best But seriously, I don't think too many people are going to start taking us seriously until we become a perennial playoff contender. Fine by me though, what matters is our actual record. I recall no one giving us a chance in the week 1 game @ Chicago last year and yet by the end of the season we were clearly the better team than the Bears.
  8. My only complaint isn't with the Bills' schedule, it's fact that the Patriots get to play the Steelers while Le'veon Bell is suspended. But can't complain about our schedule. We get a MNF game!
  9. The point is it's nothing to get excited over. That just because a QB is being recognized for doing well during the offseason doesn't mean he's truly gotten better.
  10. I sort of recall hearing similar things in past offseasons about Trent Edwards and Ryan Fitzpatrick "he's throwing the ball better" "looks more poised", etc.
  11. Even though this is a trendy pick I'd say The Comeback. On a personal note, I was the only Bills fan in a room full of people who mostly didn't care about the Bills and were making fun of me (not being from Buffalo I stood alone in my fanhood many times as a kid). It made it that much sweeter when they came back and won. Another one that comes to mind would be the 31-0 beat down of NE in 2003. If Rex can lead us to better years then I guess hiring him will be one of my favorite moments as well but that is yet to be determined.
  12. I think the NFC North is better than the NFC East but I'm thinking about the same record-wise given the new coaching staff and lack of a trustworthy QB.
  13. Would anyone be willing to watch it until Steve Christie makes the go-ahead field goal then turn it off after that? Could just pretend.
  14. Of course, championship game preview
  15. Of those already mentioned: Fred Jackson and Aaron Schobel One who hasn't been mentioned (at least not that I've seen): London Fletcher
  16. While I might get caught up in some riot I actually might want to be at RWS as they show the game on the big screen. To be there celebrating (assuming we win) with thousands of other Bills fans would be awesome.
  17. For anyone who cares about one person's opinion (I searched and I don't believe this was posted yet): http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000483128/article/five-most-improved-offenses-in-the-nfl
  18. ^This I haven't read the article yet so maybe he explains this better but I don't think it's a matter of people sleeping on him as much as it is having confidence in him.
  19. Pats don't play as well early in the season as they do later so I picked them. Bengals play well in the beginning then slip as the year goes on. We can wait til week 16 for them.
  20. Didn't see anyone making excuses for NE when they beat San Diego in a relatively close 2008 championship game where LT and Gates missed most of the game and Rivers was hobbling around.
  21. Write-in move for least favorite - Letting Jim Schwartz go. I know it was Rex's decision to bring in his own staff and there's no way we could have kept him after hiring Rex but it doesn't mean I have to like it.
  22. I actually agree with him on this in that I would like to see more endzone cameras but I just found it funny how he is upset over a lack of cameras at games: http://espn.go.com/boston/nfl/story/_/id/12559656/bill-belichick-new-england-patriots-unhappy-lack-end-zone-cameras
  23. I think it's a legit question. Is the Ralph going to stay once they build a new stadium or will it get torn down and replaced with a Wegman's? If it's going to stay why not keep the statue there?
  24. Agreed Woods definitely baled out Orton on some bad throws. I guess useless isn't the right word but I still think great wide receivers are limited without a good enough QB. Linebackers are not As for Kiko, the defense was better without him but I think a lot of that had to do with Schwartz picking up where Pettine left off and the unit as a whole improving from 2013. He has made some great catches, yes, but you can't deny that not having a good enough QB greatly limits what a WR can do no matter how good he is. As I mentioned above useless probably isn't the right word but he is definitely limited severely by poor QBs. Kiko is not limited by anyone on defense.
  25. Woods is talented but how useful can a talented receiver be without a QB who can get him the ball? I think I would have rather traded him away and kept Kiko unless we miraculously find a franchise QB soon.
