  1. Wearing a LeSean McCoy jersey?
  2. I must have completely missed this thread. Didn't even know about this episode until this week. Looking forward to it.
  3. Houston, Indy, Jets don't worry me. Indy or Houston has to win the division and we have a tie-breaker over whoever doesn't. We still play the Jets and if we don't beat them ourselves it won't matter who else they beat/lose to. It's all about the Steelers right now. Win out and root against them the rest of the year. That's all I'm concerned about.
  4. #5 Play the Bills in late November when they start really playing for a playoff spot.
  5. I don't think I ever heard an STP song I didn't like. One of my favorite bands throughout the 90s. RIP
  6. The problem is I feel like we've had a number of years like this. Losing close games to good teams, bad calls going against us. Gailey had us in a lot of close games with the Patriots. Even under Marrone during both of his years we were a few close losses from the playoffs. Not saying I disagree, I just don't think he's done much yet to separate himself from the rest of our coaches in recent memory (except for doing a lot of talking leaing up to a game).
  7. Has anything been said about Jeremy Maclin's catch that should have been a non-catch?
  8. Agree with everything you said except for this. Hogan made the catches and even took the hit (not his fault a catch was taken away off a bad call). it was Woods who couldn't make a simple catch when we needed him to. I'm glad I'm not the only on who thinks this.
  9. We clearly dropped it? I don't care, challenge it. Oh, so this time it actually was a catch? Well let's not challenge this one.
  10. Yeap, I recall on our first offensive play they played only 10 men on defense to honor Taylor. RIP
  11. Who would have thought hiring Marrone back in 2013 would not be as bad as hiring Kelly. At least Marrone didn't trade away all of our best players for "his own guys".
  12. Not defending Cassel, but Romo wasn't looking any better in today's game before he got hurt.
  13. It looked more like this was due to a poor throw by Tyrod not a bad jump by Hogan. But I do agree that not fighting for the extra yard when he came up short of the 1st down was pretty terrible on his part.
  14. Yeah, I'm more irritated by the play call on 3rd down than the decision to punt on 4th. A sneak most likely gets us the inches we need, why we tried running to the outside there I have no idea. But you don't go for it on 4th and risk giving Tom Brady the ball at midfield unless it's like 2 minutes left.
  15. This is basically my thought. If they are willing to do it and play the game I don't mind watching it. They are putting their body at risk just like many of us who eat sugary, unhealthy foods which open us up to all kinds of potential health problems.
  16. Only if they have some belief that Geno can finally come through and become a quality starter should they start Geno. Fitz is still the better option than him.
  17. After today I would add Chip Kelly as a very real possible firing.
  18. Would have liked to have seen Atlanta hang on and beat Indy. Outside possibility that Houston could win that division and leave Indy as wildcard competition. Otherwise, yes, 1:00 games worked well for us.
  19. Rex should be in trouble long before Thurman if our defense goes south. He's supposed to be our great defensive mind. We got rid of a coordinator who did great with our defense last year just so he could implement his own defense.
  20. Prayers out to him and his family
  21. If we win TT and Rex are pretty secure for at least the next 3 years at their spots.
  22. Might as well, what do they have to lose at 2-8? He either gets better with experience the rest of the season setting him up to become great next year and years to come (doubt this will happen) or he flops, they lose out, and they get a high draft pick where they can go after their next possible franchise QB.
  23. Agreed, along with this while I'd like us to get into the playoffs I'd also like to think we did it beating solid competition and not just by beating teams who were out of the race and just throwing their season away by the time the played us. On another note, it still wasn't that long ago that the Texans were mauled by the Dolphins who we handled twice this year. Granted they just beat a Bengals team who whipped us pretty good but I'm still not convinced that they are going to suddenly go on some run. The Redskins beat a much better Cowboys team in Dallas on a MNF game last year yet that didn't make them sudden playoff contenders.
