  1. Looks like we're playing another game in LA next year.
  2. Don't touch my fries either: http://www.usatoday.com/videos/news/2017/01/10/woman-stabbed-her-boyfriend-over-french-fries/96391418/
  3. Nope, Tomlin/Roethlisberger have had great talent to work with (Hines Ward, Le'Veon Bell, Saontonio Holmes, Antonio Brown). Not to mention some greats on defense. Rodgers/McCarthy has really been more on Rodgers but even he has had talent to work with (Randall Cobb, Jordy Nelson, Clay Matthews on defense). Meanwhile Peyton/Brees have won a Superbowl with basically mediocre talent at best and have had a number of good years with really only Jimmy Graham as an actual threat. Otherwise, no great WRs, mediocre at best RBs, and a defense that has been descent to sometimes lousy. They've been down a few years recently, I'll give you that, but the Steelers had some down years as well here and there.
  4. Ugh! Hopefully the Giants/Packers game can salvage this crappy wild card weekend.
  5. They remain one of the very few teams who have gone longer than the Bills since their last playoff win. At least we don't have the longest drought in that.
  6. Picking Texans. I don't trust a rookie QB making his first ever start in a playoff game.
  7. Rex Ryan Doug Marrone Chan Gailey Dick Jauron But seriously: Sean Peyton - He and Brees are easily the 2nd best coach/QB combinontion of the last decade. Take them away and New Orleans would have been no better than the Browns in recent memory John Harbaugh - Ravens hardly have any more talent left and yet he's kept them comptetitive even against a brutal schedule this year. Steelers are way more talented and if it hadn't been for Harbaugh the Ravens wouldn't have even been close with them. Andy Reid - Been a winner everywhere he's gone. Tom Coughlin - Not currently a HC but recently enough. Love his tough, disciplinarian approach.
  8. Houston - Of course, if Carr was starting I'd probably pick Oakland but I just don't trust a rookie QB making his first ever start in the playoffs. Pittsburgh - Closer than the experts think as the Steelers tend to play down to their competition but I still think they win Seattle - Seahawks have been up and down all year but they are a beast to play at home in the postseason. *Upset* NY Giants - I know they've looked really good ever since but it's still hard for me to trust the Packers when they gave up 47 points to Tennessee and 42 points to Washington in back to back weeks. Especially when the Giants just shut down that same Redskins offense in a game they didn't even care about.
  9. Gotta be honest, after we gave up the kickoff recovery TD on Sunday I laughed harder than I have in a long time.
  10. Hate defending the Pats but if they had done this it would be all over SportsCenter and many NFL fans would be calling for suspensions.
  11. I believe there would be a lot of jubilation if we let EJ be out starter for the long term. The defensive backs playing against us every week wouldn't be able to contain their excitement.
  12. 2013 Dolphins came to Buffalo in a week 16 game with the playoffs in sight. And, behind Thad Lewis, we shut them out. I believe we can do it again. Bills 20 Dolphins 7
  13. I will say this, all of our other coaches in recent history, with the exception of Marrone and Mularkey who left voluntarily, have gotten at least 3 years before getting canned. While I have not been a fan of Rex he hasn't been any less deserving of a 3rd year than the rest.
  14. I would have loved this plan when Schwartz was our D coordinator.
  15. That loss also cost them homefield advantage which, given how close the championship game was, could have been the difference between them making/not making the superbowl. I'm sure they'll play Brady with the intent to win that one.
  16. Mostly anyone but New England but I will probably particularly root for teams who haven't been good in a while like Detroit, Tampa, Oakland, maybe even Tennessee if they make it. Dare I say, if Miami makes it to the playoffs, I might even root for them. Haven't really seen them as a hated rival lately considering they haven't had much more success than us over the last 15 years or so.
  17. Teddy was more during, not after, our last playoff run. I would definitely add Aaron Schobel and Mario Williams to this list.
  18. A lot of people seemed to give up on our playoff hopes before the game even started but if we would have won Denver's loss would have put is in a great position. Denver has a brutal schedule down the stretch. Heck, we are still mathematically alive.
  19. So one of our defensive players actually came to play.
  20. Go Navy, start a new winning streak next year.
  21. I think we stand a better chance in this game than most people are giving us. I still think we are at least as good as Miami and they beat Pittsburgh pretty good a couple of months ago.
  22. Rooting for the Browns to beat Cincinnati because if they lose this game that would mean their first win of the year could possibly come against Buffalo. Not saying they'll beat us but how embarrassing would that be if they do?
  23. Thinking logically, probably 8-8, but I chose 10-6 and making the playoffs. Maybe it's time for a little optimism that might just rub off on the players.
  24. San Diego and Carolina went into Oakland and both very nearly beat the Raiders and I believe we are better than both teams. Not saying this means we'll definitely win but I think it shows that we have a legitimate chance. Also, McCoy has a chance to go off against a poor run defense. Bills 27-24
