1. You can. They did it on Mythbusters. MYTH BUSTED!
2. But I thought we were making good pickups... Chris Hogan and Marquis Gray are two that come to mind.
3. My gut tells me I'd much rather have Garrett Grayson than Petty, but what does my gut know. I guess Doughty will be out next year and hopefully we'll have a 1st round pick.
4. David Lee - eh. He helped Fitz a little, but I don't think a great deal. Aaron Kromer - hopefully he does a better job than Chicago's OL Tony Sparano Jr. - a TE coach with no experience. Sanjay Lal - not too impressed by how the WRs turned out in Oakland or NYJ Bobby April III - LBs? ST assistant would make more sense given family history. How much ST experience does he really have? RB coach - nobody yet Reg Roman - hopefully the run game improves
5. Uninspiring hire. No WR from those teams stand out as "great".
6. 1.a. Bryan Bulaga RT 1.b. Orlando Franklin G 1.c. Mike Iupati G 1.d. Rodney Hudson C 5. Demarco Murray RB 6. Hughes or Justin Houston OLB 7. Derek Newton OT Rebuilt offensive line and an RB to run behind it. EJ can manage the games (< 25 passes per game). Edit: let's add in some CBs Kareem Jackson and Chris Culliver. Break the bank and let's see if we can buy a SuperBowl.
7. Any two LB sets should be Kiko and Brown. They are the only two with the ability to play run and pass. Any three LB sets should include the former plus Bradham. The fourth LB will most likely be Hughes or Lawson. If we lose Hughes, Justin Houston perhaps.
8. All of the football guys at work has been coming up to me and laughing. Saying we're the "Buffalo Jets"
9. Wow, good thing Rex isn't starting a cult because the kool-aid would be gone already. I'll wait until they prove it on the field. Too bad a press conference doesn't go in our 2015 win column. Also, I don't think we want to see a QB who has had 3 knee injuries already run more. Escaping the pocket/scrambling is one thing, but don't run him into LBs.
10. I share the aame sentiment. I a few years we will blow it up again. I dont think I will be as invested thia time around. Why jump on the bandwagon if it is on fire? Bills =Sabres?
11. Wow that is not cookie dough, that is crack you are smoking. SMH
12. Schwartz you did an awesome job. You were the reason we went 9-7. I have cut this team so much slack, but I really can't comprehend what the !@#$ is going on over there. If we meet again, I don't doubt they'll be carrying you off the field in victory. Good luck to you sir. You will be missed.
13. Well, it is official now. I hope I am wrong. Someone pass the Kool-Aid! GO BILLS!
14. IMO:He will most likely be the best available (which is not saying much). Chicago will not want to pay his contract. Rivers isn't going anywhere until SD has an heir ready to replace him. Clemens is not it. Eli, forget about it. Giants won't part with him for the same reason as Rivers. Who else is there? (FA cupboard is bare)
15. The only QB available to make a play for is Jay Cutler. Is that their answer?
16. Rex goes to Clemson a lot because of his son. Of course the kids would like him.
17. That is my understanding. Add Scott Linehan as passing game coordinator. He's available.
18. When we're losing, it is never fun.
19. The Jets were such a circus, it was hilarious. Now the circus comes to town. And, People are hoping that Butt Fumble comes with him and we'll make the playoffs. WTF is happening?
20. So will we be putting our starting QB in the 4th QTR of a preseason game to get beat up behind the third string O line like Sanchez did?
21. I never endorsed any Shanahan, but what does that even mean? An OC isn't responsible for stopping Brady, that's the responsibility of defensive coaches like Rex... I guess I don't understand the comparison.
22. Who runs the passing game? Who fixes the QB?
23. Because the Jets are like 3-9 against NE under Ryan?
