  1. 1. Defense: without it we're not going anywhere 2. OL: run or pass this group must shine 3. QB: we can't run every time, and when we don't it has to count for something
  2. Everything I read earlier on EJ sounded terrible. It's nice to get a different perspective. Thanks Astro!
  3. Lmao. After these past two days I am seriously considering giving up on 30 years of being a Bills fan. Maybe I will root for Philly. My gf likes them and they have the coach I wanted.
  4. Whaley is a !@#$ing moron! WR rich draft, let's give up the farm for one. RB rich draft, let's give up our best LB (who is cheap) for an aging RB who will cost $10M
  5. They !@#$ing better not! Who is he going to run behind? I am so done with this !@#$ing team
  6. All I can say is he's expected to be the wealthiest owner in the NFL if the deals he has coming up go through.
  7. It's not surprising that there isn't a single QB on the list.
  8. He is such a great QB coach he had to develop the Wildcat formation
  9. And David Lee has done such a fantastic job?
  10. While I agree with the OP, do we really need another QB thread?
  11. Petty's footwork needs a lot of work. He relies solely on his arm. Also given that he came from a one read system, I don't know if he can adjust to a pro style offense. Brett Hundley's footwork looked better, but he took an awful lot of sacks in college. Was it the line's fault or WR not getting open, was he too slow or confused by defenses, I don't know. Grayson intrigued me from pure numbers standpoint. But I think he would need to prove himself also.
  12. EJ Even if we pick up a FA QB, EJ will most likely still be the better option. I also expect us to draft at least one: Hundley, Grayson, or Bennett at some point.
  13. If he becomes the starter, then we are in trouble.
  14. No, he's washed up.
  15. None of the above... not allowed? Ryan Mallett then. Hopefully he learned something from Brady.
  16. Pluck one from the CFL? Drew Willy? Bo Levi Mitchell?
  17. Well cheaters do prosper
  18. The other Kuandjio wasn't too bad at guard.
  19. If somehow Fred (who is our most complete RB) is cut I hope we get him immediately involved in coaching.
  20. Some thoughts: Steven Nelson CB, great coverage out of the slot David Johnson RB, had some good runs. RBs in general looked good. QBs struggled. Manion has a long slow delivery. Made a couple OK throws, but has trouble throwing short. Missed open people in the end zone leading to a fumble. End of the half was a mess. Petty was erratic. Never sets his feet. Sims' first pass was his best, the rest were late/under thrown. Receivers had to slow down. Showed some good escapability. Grayson didn't make much of an impression in the first Qtr. I recall a nice slant pass. That muffed punt rule was stupid, you get two tries at the catch? I know safety is an issue, but come on that is just ridiculous. The other Kouandjio looked good at guard. Bennett QB didn't have a very good game. Shane Carden QB wasn't even noticeable. His best throw in the third his receiver had to stop his route. Fourth Quarter: Petty needs to learn how to move and hang in the pocket. Grayson looked more settled in. Good decision making. Then he throws on Nelson. Missed a wide open TE in the end zone. Josh Shaw CB had a rough game. Can't locate the ball.
  21. I'm probably going to catch a ton of flack for this, but... I don't think the Patriots broke the rules per se. I'm sure the balls were 12.5psi in a 75F degree room when they were checked. Then outside the cold air and greater than 14psi atmosphere made the balls squishier. It's a brilliant move to give your team another advantage as shown in the analysis. Clearly in 2007 something changed. Why haven't we thought of this? Why don't they just admit it and say they followed the rules, albeit literally and not the intent. It's genius, but the cover up is just dumb, pathetic, and unwarranted. I'll take my lashings now.
  22. Bobby April Jr is back in the AFCE. link
  23. Is the Senior Bowl not going to be televised? Nevermind: Saturday, January, 24, 2015 on NFL Network @ 4PM ET, 3PM CT
