  1. I'm sorry. I didn't realize this was being graded. I thought this was an Internet message board. I guess I shouldn't use a phone to post messages then.
  2. I did, Offensive touchdowns were tied for sixth. Did you even look? Why so angry?
  3. Preston gets pushed all over the field. He needs to learn to suplex or something because he can't take down ball carriers.
  4. They're 19th in points per game, which stat are they 13th?
  5. Do you remove FGs and EPs too? ST scores those, but O gets them in position. What about points left on the field by ST? That's not the O's fault is it? According to this site https://www.teamrankings.com/nfl/stat/offensive-touchdowns-per-game Buffalo is still 7th in offensive touchdowns.
  6. Interesting selections. Not sure of Pep since he couldn't win with Luck on his side. Fangio hasn't done much in Chicago, but his first three years as DC in SF were top three Defenses. Was it him or personnel? If it was him it'd be a good pickup. Don't know enough about Shaw to have an opinion.
  7. I like this. If Rex kept JS we'd be in the playoffs both years, but he was too arrogant for that. Only way to get JS now is with the HC position. He's done really well with less in Philly, including Bills castoffs. I worry a bit that Lynn may get a HC offer this time around. I'd rather not see the Offense take a step back, but am also unsure what he'd do as the OC for a full year. Right now he's running Roman's playbook, what will/would he do next year? Maybe we'll find out. Gus Bradley for DC isn't exciting. Jax D was terrible all four years, never improving while Seattle hasn't taken a step back. Matt Patricia is interesting, but I doubt he'd ever go in the division. He also seems too happy to be winning all of those championships to leave NE. Dave Toub is also interesting. ST head coaches seem to do all right (e.g. Levy, Harbaugh). I'd be happy with Tom Coughlin. He's 170-150, 12-7 in playoffs, two Super Bowl wins over the Pats, and 5-2 all time agains Brady and BB.
  8. Link is a good read given the situation today, deserves a bump.
  9. 25.9 ppg7th overall Per http://www.footballdb.com/stats/teamstat.html?sort=ptsgm
  10. Would rather have Schwartz. 4th in pts per game
  11. What defense do you expect them to run? If Rex had any sense he would have kept Schwartz in place and fixed the O. He's not a HC, he's a DC and an out of touch one at that.
  12. We can only hope. Plus if the Eagles, Panthers, and Cardinals win we jump to 9th in the draft.
  13. Down to three votes difference. Kind of surprised it has not been a more dramatic swing.
  14. Next Monday/Tuesday after they meet with him to wrap the season
  15. OK, that's fine. Idk what the stats were last week. The point I think some are trying to make is that the defense is NOT very good. He promised to make us the number 1 defense, but ruined the number 4 D under Schwartz. Schwartz's D with this O would have us in the playoffs. We keep going round and round here.
  16. Defensive stats per http://www.footballdb.com/stats/teamstat.html?group=D&cat=T&sort=passypg Points allowed per game 15th Rush yards allowed per game 28th Pass yards allowed per game 7th Yards allowed per game 19th Defensive stats per http://www.footballoutsiders.com/stats/teamdef DVOA defensive ranking 24th Defensive points per drive 23rd (last week, this week's numbers aren't up yet)
  17. So dedpite being 9-8 in games where we've scored more than 25 points; persistent 12 men penalties; terrible clock/game management; being in the bottom tier allowing opponents to score; not beating trams with winning records; and replacing quality coaches with cronies we're all just being negative. What have they done to deserve optimism?
  18. Wow that's awful news. I was looking forward to seeing a NE vs Oakland AFC Championship game.
  19. No really they still are, this time it's all ST's fault.
  20. OMFG that is pathetic. Yet people still defend this genius of a HC.
  21. Sadly that's what I'm afraid of. The Bills haven't beat a winning team all season (I'm discounting Pats without Brady and Garofalo). All I want for Xmas are the Ryan twins collecting their checks to go do something else.
  22. Anybody want to change their votes? Revote?
  23. I hope this is the final nail in Rex's coffin. As soon as he punted I said he just kicked us out of the playoffs and fired himself.
