Take the top OT, get Pike or Lefevour later, sit them for a year (Pike needs to bulk up and they both need to learn a pro system) so they don't get killed as rookies (NYJ have one of the best OLs in the league) and go from there.
Yeah that's after one week with an entirelynew team, new coaches, new plays. He is probably most like Joe Flacco. Just put some weight on him, let him throw it 6-7 times a game like a rookie should, and we would be ok.
Good thing I majored in cryptology. Let's see... 2 of 3 not, 2 to be considered, hanging in the breeze... I GOT IT HENRY WINKLER!!! THE FONZ IS COMING TO TOWN!!!
Seriously though, why all the riddles, that's just mean.
My Picks:
---Bryan Bulaga OT Iowa
---Tony Pike QB Cincinnati
---Eric Norwood ILB South Carolina
---Thaddeus Gibson OLB Ohio State
I'd like a DT in there somewhere, but would really like to see the LB corps revamped. An OT and QB will go a long way, but I don't think the Bills will start a rookie QB.
If the Bills move to a 3-4 defense who will be the nose tackle? Williams and Stroud don't fit the bill, and we can't (won't bid) afford Wilfork. This is going to turn our draft upside down.
Bills can't afford Wilfork. Our pass defense is fine, but our run defense sucks. If we stick to a 4-3, we may be able to pick up some discarded 4-3 talent (like I'm sure Aaron Kampman will be this offseason) and maybe get a DT or two.
I like Bob Sanders. The D-line was much improved this year compared to last, plus he was a DC in GB.
Bates tries to make players fit his schemes instead of scheming to the abilities of his players.
Rolando McClain from Alabama is a STUD!
I watched the national championship, and the guy was all over the place. He makes great reads and is a sure tackler (something the Bills have lacked for awhile now). He's the Patrick Willis of this draft, and should be there at 9.
