  1. ESPN "Expert" Picks On ESPN it's unanimous for the Bills to beat the Raiders. It feels so long since I've seen such a thing. It's funny though, the accuscore video they have shows the thing predicting the Raiders.
  2. While watching the Pats-Fins game, Brady didn't give the Miami D a chance to sub players, and when they couldn't get off the field he caught them with a couple "too many men on the field" penalties. Then I watched the first half of the Oakland-Denver game and they picked up a flag, and the ref stated that Denver had to give Oakland a chance to sub players. Did anybody else see this or know what it's about?
  3. PFT Power Rankings Mike Florio continues to show the Bills some love. After predicting we'll finish #3 in the division and possibly sneaking into the wild card, Florio has the Bills at #13 this week.
  4. I think Kelsay has improved as an outside backer, and he plays mostly with his hand down anyway. Besides, they just gave him a contract extension, did you honestly think they were going to cut him?
  5. What a joke. #32 Bengals With no Carson Palmer, it will be tough going early with a rookie quarterback. The fans will have to be patient. If they had Palmer, they would be way higher on this list. They had Palmer last year, and how good were they?
  6. Going to the season opener in Kansas City, hope to see some blue there. Anybody else going?
  7. who? someone baltimore was going to cut i bet
  8. Well we see there isn't a Super Bowl winner outside of the top 10 (with the exception of the ancient Favre).
  9. I'd much rather have Pegula than Golisano own the Bills. Golisano had his shot with the Sabres, but was always pinching pennies and holding the FO back. Pegula would let football people run the show. Plus, Pegula is worth about three times as much as Golisano, so he should have an easier time acquiring the Bills for the price it'll take to keep them in Buffalo. Here's hoping Terry is a football fan too!
  10. My wife and I might go, we live a couple hours away in Wichita. I don't know if any of the other Bills Backers are going, I'm not sure if our chapter is around anymore.
  11. They obviously didn't see Whitner falling on his a$$ trying to cover Brandon Marshall in the opener. Or any other defensive play he was on the last few years. Honestly, I think these guys are getting lazy and pulling names out of a hat. It was easy to decide where Reed and Polamalu should go, after that, mostly a crapshoot.
  12. Ryan Mallet is the QB I have coveted since the Arkansas-Alabama game. If not him, I would take Martez Wilson to help out our lacking LB corps.
  13. NFLN will be streaming the draft. link
  14. I wouldn't believe much of anything relating to the draft this next week. Some team could be putting out BS so he'd fall to them.
  15. who cares how fast his forty time was? Peyton's not fast either.
  16. http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/draft2011/news/story?id=6348822 Great article about Mallet. FYI, in the article, Petrino says he never tested positive for drugs.
  17. Mallet knows his x's and o's. Watch the Gruden QB camp on ESPN.
  18. My thoughts exactly. Most NFL players can barely string two sentences together, and I could care less. Mallet may not have a high IQ, but he has a high football IQ. I thought he did a good job dissecting the blitzes against Alabama (a better decision or two and they would have won that game). He also displayed great leadership during that game. I remember before the half, some OL was goofing around and he pulled him into the huddle and got everyone focused. I'd love to get him in the 2nd or 3rd round and focus on our D in the first.
  19. 1. Dareus 2. Von Miller 3. Peterson Personally I'd take DT, OLB, ILB with first three picks to shore up our front seven.
  20. Agreed, defense is a must. I think the first four picks should be OLB, ILB, DT, and OT.
  21. Locker got a 20? Wow. I took it in ten minutes and managed to get a 50. He'll get millions of dollars to do something I'd love to do, while I'll be pinching pennies.
  22. 1 - DT/DE Marcell Dareus 2 - DT Paea (I hope he's there at 34) or best OT/ILB available 3 - QB Mallet
