  1. +1 Plus they won three of them. How many SB wins are we up to...? Oh yeah, still zero. That's ok, when we do conquer them (hopefully) it'll look that much more impressive.
  2. It's simple statistics. The odds of selecting the the first round correctly out of just 50 prospects is greater than 1 in over 18 trillion.
  3. I'm sure Chix cares as much about Kiper's opinion as they do about mine. Kiper's 99% miss rate past the first pick does not inspire confidence in his opinions.
  4. Exactly. Comedic relief for sports anxiety. Lots of funny stuff in here. Keep it up!
  5. Actually, Dre played man at Bama and also learned zone so he can play in either system, and would be a great pickup. That being said I wouldn't mind if we went WR/CB or CB/WR with our first two picks.
  6. Brian Moorman has had zero competition for years! How do we let this continue? We need to get the best franchise punter out there and control field position for the next ten years. Just kidding, I just wanted to get in on all the GM threads popping up.
  7. If Floyd isn't available, we should have a shot at Kirkpatrick who allowed only one touchdown in his career.
  8. I think it is more likely the team goes with Dre Kirkpatrick in 1, Stephen Hill in 2, and whoever is left at tackle in rounds 3 or 4.
  9. Well, I did say add depth to the tackle position as well cornerback, linebacker, etc.
  10. I believe it would be in the best interest of the team to re-sign Demetrius Bell, our starting left tackle from last season. Our offensive line really worked well together, even with the rash of injuries, giving up the fewest sacks I can recall in recent memory. It would also stop the decade long "develope and watch them leave" approach to our left tackle position. We can then use our draft to build up our depth at linebacker, cornerback, wide receiver, and tackle. Heck, we can throw in a few more pass rushers while we're at it. I wouldn't mind seeing Floyd or Kirkpatrick picked at 10 if we're not sold on the available tackles.
  11. I wouldn't take anybody based on their gym shorts numbers. You need to watch the game tape, and not just the good games they played!
  12. I think with our first pick at #10 our board will look something like this: best available OT: Martin best available DE: Upshaw best available CB: Kirkpatrick best available OG: DeCastro best available DT: Poe best available WR: Floyd with that said, I think they take Martin as the best available overall with strong consideration to Kirkpatrick and Upshaw. I thought about Floyd, but with keeping Stevie, they may pick one up later (maybe even Stephen Hill if he makes it to the 2nd round).
  13. This kid will be gone in round one. Great hands. Catches the ball away from his body. Has the speed. Wasn't used to a full route tree in school but ran one at the combine. Oh yeah, and he can block in the run game. IF he's still around in round two, I hope we take him.
  14. Current NHL owner? what about Jeremy Jacobs? He's from Buffalo and owns the Bruins.
  15. he still looks pissed, like he was going to bite his own tongue off. nice to see
  16. Got it now, thanks!
  17. Watching at Buffalo Wild Wings North Rock Rd. Wichita, KS every Sunday, GO BILLS!
  18. I had a dream back in April about someone talking the Bills upending the Pats, and a general feeling of the Bills winning. This morning I had deja-vu when I realized it was Colin Cowherd talking this morning on the raido. So if dreams mean anything, I'm picking the Bills to finally end the streak in a high scoring affair!
  19. I think you are correct. We drafted him in 2008 and if I remember I think it was a five year deal (2012).
  20. awesome thanks!
  21. I am already arguing with Mike Florio at PFT about this, if his ACL was torn when Stevie Johnson hit him, he would not be able to stand let alone walk/run. Anyone who has had this injury can tell you. The ACL "popped" when Berry planted his leg to cut back to the ball, a non-contact injury I have seen happen in regular life as well as sports.
  22. Link to article Safety Eric Berry plants his leg in the open field then falls over.
