  1. If I was as bad at my job as these announcers are at theirs, I'd be out on my ass.
  2. Searcy? It's Butler, it says so right on his jersey. Idiots
  3. I hope we don't have a lot of these fast 3 n outs. Defense is going to be gassed
  4. The Colts Oline seems to have way more push than ours Low pass
  5. So Powell and Hopkins winning the kicking battles?
  6. Plays are getting off before they get back from replay
  7. Williams looking comfortable at safety
  8. Searcy needs some more tackling drills, got lucky with the fumble recovery
  9. Crosaman isn't known to have good ST units
  10. Let's go Buffalo! Lindell can't do that!
  11. Football is back! I'm hoping to see something from this young wide receiver corps. From the camp reports, It sounds like Woods will be a move the chains possession receiver. Graham and Goodwin are burners. I'd like to see Hogan and Rogers round out the roster. I don't see anything worthwhile to keep B. Smith around, and wouldn't want to risk losing one of the young guys while we're rebuilding. Our D can't possibly be worse than it has the last seven years, we need a marked improvement. From Manuel I just want to see poise in the pocket. Don't run every time you feel a breeze. Don't stare down your receivers. Go through the progressions. Even if a lot of the balls aren't completed, if he can do that I think he'll be fine.
  12. The results speak for themselves. We've spent a ton of money and draft picks and have done nothing. Aside from CJ, the 2010 draft was a joke. The Gailey hire was a joke. " he's won everywhere he's been." yeah right. I have no reason to be optimistic. The Brandon move looks like we're trying to make a change without changing. I'll wait and see what happens, but I won't get my hopes up just yet. We've been burned too many times before.
  13. I've been to a few games, IMO it feels like a waste of money. The tickets, concessions, and memorabilia go up in price each year. Yet the gameday experience is the same (although the commercial breaks seem longer and longer). I prefer watching the game at home on a 136" screen, in reclining theater seats that are comfortable and don't break my back, with a fridge stocked with beer, and a pantry loaded with snacks. If I want the crowd noise to feel like I'm there, just crank up the surround. There are no long lines, nobody spilling beer on me (unless it's myself), the bathrooms aren't disgusting, and I don't get stuck in traffic before and after the game. There's no way to get that for the same cost at a stadium. So if I do get the opportunity to go again, I'll pass.
  14. Thanks for the info. I was talking to a guy at work today that I think UDFAs work harder and have a chip on their shoulder, first rounders seem more relieved and ready to spend their money, IMHO. http://blogs.buffalonews.com/press-coverage/2013/04/darick-rogers-tell-bills-fans-they-got-the-steal-of-the-draft.html
  15. Sweet, we must have done well then. If the hair really knew anything, he'd be elsewhere.
  16. Never. Keep the circus in NYC (or rather NJ).
  17. After I read this I knew it couldn't be Pete Prisco. Grading the drafts right now is ridiculous, but fwiw I feel good about this draft. I don't know that we'll be competitive this year, but it's a good foundation to build the offense around.
  18. Already is being discussed, check the pinned topics.
