  1. well, if he does get suspended, and it's more than ray rice got, then i think we will have a pretty big uproar on our hands. it almost has to be one game, or none but he gets put on double secret probation.
  2. i watched stardust quite a while ago. and while it was better than i expected, it didn't leave a lasting impression on me. maybe i need to dig it out and watch it again. however...in my opinion...it was nowhere near the realm of the princess bride, which is one of my all time favorites.
  3. is it wrong that i wanna see all these guys ripped down to the ground by their long hair? i hate the dreds/long hair. and get off my lawn!
  4. a movie that everyone with a good sense of humor needs to see is "waiting". the movie has quite the cast of characters (ryan reynalds, justin long, ana faris, dane cook, luis guzman, john francis daily) and is absolutely, outrageously funny. many inappropriate moments and huge laughs throughout. just don't watch it while the kids are awake.
  5. if he ends up being a good starting guard for the bills i will be very happy, even if it takes a while to get to that point. i really hope he gets there because i remember hearing and reading some stuff about him and absolutely loved his attitude. i just hope when the dust settles he is a good player somewhere on this o-line.
  6. sadly, it seems that these were the people that i grew up with. god d@#$ you 1980s!
  7. i didn't read the story, can someone tell me if it had a "happy ending"?
  8. as far as henderson goes, right now it seems there is no choice but to keep him at LT while glenn gets back into playing shape. after that, if he keeps working hard and stays clean, just play him all over along the line and find a home for him. if he truly is what we are all hoping for, he will find a spot in the starting lineup. and if he is not ready, he looks like good depth. no real problems here, just a nice asset.
  9. i have a real soft spot for iron maiden. i grew up with the "live after death" album always being played, loved it. i checked out the iron maiden tribute album a while ago and was incredibly underwhelmed. but i love machine head and i think they did a really good job with that song.
  10. this is a great cover of a great old tune. can't say it's the best ever but certainly one of my favorites.
  11. back in the day i was a huge metallica fan and this was one of my favorite songs. still like it a lot. but best ever metal remake? i can't agree with that. i can definitely respect it, i just can't agree with it. having said all that, i cannot narrow it down to one favorite. too many outside factors involved, like what the hell kind of mood are you in when someone asks you that question!
  12. i am not a huge disturbed fan, nor a big phil collins guy, but this really works for me.
  13. maybe it was because i was pretty young when it came out, or maybe that movie was filled with my kind of cheese, but i loved that movie, and thought that he played a good part. having said that, i tried watching that movie a few years ago and couldn't do it.
  14. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aTkiSugbZKg this is pretty cool right here, these kids have some serious talent.
  15. you better get your head outa the clouds, dreaming up this crazy mumbo jumbo. are you on the drugs?
  16. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N3JLdSbeB_Uthis lady doing anything for ya?
  17. i like howard and jeremy too. i prefer them to the afternoon guys, just my own personal taste. but by far, my favorite tandem was matt coller and thom sitch when they were in for sal last saturday. those guy were great.
  18. i enjoyed the robocop movie. far from great, but i thought it was entertaining.
  19. i liked the pie story, it took five minutes away from the "we still know nothing about ej" and "eff bon jovi" and "will terry pegula get the bills?" topics. these little nonsensical ramblings are amusing from time to time. of course, that is just my opinion. i listen to a lot of wgr while working (lots of drive time) so a lot of these little breaks for me are just that, little breaks. i suppose if i only listened for five minutes a day and those were the five minutes i caught it would be quite different.
  20. looked a bit more like a clothesline than a body slam to me.
  21. i hop on almost every morning for a bit before work. then i check in periodically after getting home from work. it all depends, but i would estimate an average of 45 minutes to an hour per day. on a day off if i am home i will pop in quite frequently, still amounting to about the same time spent on here.
