i won't. i support any guy in the red, white, and blue. i supported flutie AND johnson. jp, trent, fitz, ej, and tyrod. i have always wanted the bills to just show their conviction and grab their guy, regardless of what the fans or experts thought. identify your guy and go get him. they did just that, and i am very happy about that. and...this kid does have absolutely ridiculous raw talent.

you can yell at me right now if you want. i had said to anyone that asked that this was the guy that scared me the most out of the "big six". yes, i was even more comfortable with mason rudolph (at 12). but as soon as they drafted this kid, he was immediately my number one guy. he seems like a good kid, he has loads of talent, and i am all in. i am actually getting pretty excited about him being our qb. and just for the record, i was one of the few bills fans NOT at the comeback game.

he's just got a baby face. can't say off hand, but i do like the number quite a bit.

absolutely loved his trolling job. he was doing a pretty good job as a wrestling heel...and oh, oh do i hate the cowboys!

gotta say, it's growing on me.

or, we might come to find that they did, in fact, make the right choice investing in this big kid with immense talent. maybe he is a high character guy, a leader of men, an outstanding community guy, a great teammate, a coachable kid that takes well to constructive criticism, a guy with a fire burning inside, and a guy who in time can refine these talents and make good use of that rocket arm. may never come to pass, but that is where i am hanging my hat. this is pretty much exactly where i landed as well. i was very disappointed by the selection of allen over rosen. but moments after the selection, i came to grips with the fact that this is our guy. and i will support him and wish him nothing but the best.

i hated the trade, i was not thrilled by the choice of josh...but this is now my qb and i am 100 % behind him. trusting the process and the coaches.

i have been psyching myself up for the past hour. edmunds helps.

for draft night i am enjoying some New Belgium Voodoo Ranger Imperial IPA's. mighty tasty, but i am drinking faster than i should be because of this damn draft! at 9%, these may end up kicking my butt.

i want to say it's a deal breaker, but you know what? maybe we could turn him from the dark side. he is so wildly inacurate, maybe he could "accidentally" hit brady, belicheat, or one of the officials on the payroll right in the ol' coinpurse! that alone would be worth a pick. especially at 80 mph!

i think darnold would be their number one choice, based on personality/attitude. but from listening to rosen, i think he has many traits that the bills staff covet. he is tall and can "win from the pocket" as i have heard coach mcdermott say before. so this is my horse in the race.

do i detect a hint of "process" in this guy? no clocking in and out, more than just a paycheck, challenging himself, his teammates, and his coaches to be the best they can? hey Beane...make it so!

i really liked Chan quite a bit. he was easily my favorite coach of the drought. i felt really bad for him toward the end. he just sounded so tired and defeated. great guy though, i would have loved to sit down and have a beer with him.
