i've been saying that i need a blue fur jacket for years.

the concussion machine is not worth getting, he was a decent player but can't/won't stay healthy. if the nfl cares about concussions as much as they say they do he should be pretty much done.

i think its going to work like every stop kolb has made in his career. he's going to start for the first couple games, then get injured and lose the starting job to EJ. i would be fine with this. though i'm going to be fine with whichever direction they go at qb. i'm much more excited about the defense this year.

i always liked him and he kept classy with his answer.

i've seen and heard a couple different spots where ej has discussed offensive game plans. a simple example was the gruden qb interview. he seems smart enough to know how to dissect a defense. simple base plan is great, the kgun is based on the qb's ability to read the defense. ie: if the safetys are cheating up you put your slot on a deep route. i get the feeling that line audibles didn't happen under chan's system too much. instead it was more timing.

i've had the chance to meet a couple of bills, bruce smith was a nice guy. i was just a kid but he was nice guy gave me an autograph. we talked about football for a minute and he wished me good luck. sj i've run into a few times and the guy is always great with fans. he is genuinely excited about the team and the fans. he's also pretty good at madden, but a good guy who likes to interact with the fans

it certainly does seem like the guy is dropping the ball when it comes to his division. i look at a few of the others who have other divisions and sure there are a bit more on speculation, but those guys hit every piece of news about every team in their division.

not at all shocked by this. figured it was the case anyhow and they were just going to wait for the right time to announce it. apparently its the right time.

i agreed with this move. its also the main reason i didn't like barkley. i think jimbo brought it up as well, you don't want someone who can't play in the cold. i like the move and i think that its the best way to assess a player who will be dealing with this a large part of the season.

i really liked the physical tools bray has, i however didn't like that he was a tool. his dad is allowed to get frustrated with it. that's part of a parents job, so of course he thinks his son is the best qb ever.

LT was a force all on his own. ray lewis was an amazing player as well. as far as bills i would have to go with biscuit or talley. i'd put spielman on there but he wasn't around long enough paup just fed off reggie white and then bruce smith. once he was on his own he didn't fare so well.

he seems to say the right things, he doesn't sound like an idiot, i've watched a lot on him since the draft. gruden loved the guy, and he seems to have an intelligent mind concerning football and not someone that just hopes he can get by on pure physical skill. though it appears that he has the physical tools as well. i saw the sports science episode with him on it and was also impressed.

i've liked this pick, i have been impressed with the various interviews and spots he has done. i think the gruden one probably put me over. this kid should be exciting to watch.

while i am surprised, i don't know much about jerry hughes. can anyone shed some light on this guy?

it will be interesting to see how things pan out. i like a lot about manuel, and smith will have a chip on his shoulder in a city that turns on a player in a second it should be interesting to see how these 2 qbs pan out.
