  1. players like Graham, Gronk and V. Davis aren't the norm. it would make sense that a traditional TE would be what they'd look at. the odds of finding a TE like those guys are not that good. also with graham and gronk the offense tends to run a bit more through them. the running game isn't nearly as manditory in those offenses either.
  2. nope! and i'll post this on the next 20 threads that come up with the same thing. hasn't this topic been beaten into the ground?
  3. its a job that is partially if not majorly based on appearance. any job like that will have similar rules. if you don't like it, don't work there. its pretty simple if you ask me. i see no way that this young lady is a victim.
  4. nothing said in the report was new except for the conclusion. i still think that martin is coming off like a crybaby. sure he'll get another job, probably cut during preseason. the guy is a circus and locker room cancer. no one will know if they bump him too hard in practice if he will literally go and cry to his mother. makes it tough to want a guy like that on your team. but it will probably all get buried because of that sam kid
  5. nope that's a circus for anyone who picks him up.
  6. i'm at 65% only because he is a rookie and typically rookie qbs don't do too well. yeah he's gotten dinged and that is something to watch out for. but until the guy gets at least a season's worth of games under his belt i have a hard time writing him off.
  7. i thought it was apparent that they are just collecting a paycheck at this point. no chance at playoffs means no reason for the players to put their bodies on the line. i don't expect much different for the rest of the season. and it wouldn't hurt to lose out on the season, get a higher draft pick. start "evaluating" the back ups.
  8. there were a couple of questionable calls that were made. those calls did have a substantial effect on the outcome of the game.
  9. probably cause i don't know any better. i don't think i could be a die-hard for any other team. it is one of my connections to wny especially now that i am no longer living there. its a connection to my family, i doubt i'd even talk to them as frequently as i do. there's also a mentality of being too stubborn to quit. the thing is the first season i watched the bills they only won 2 games. my mentality has been as long as they do better than that season i will ok. sure i agonize over them every year. but they can't lose forever....can they?
  10. moorman! why not he's still pretty good, and the fans still love him
  11. LOL! had me going for a second. and burn down the ralph it doesn't get enough wind going through it
  12. that's a load of crap. players like peyton manning, adrian peterson, and calvin johnson are so much better than others at the same position its insane. you're going to tell me a team with a better coach is preferable to a team with too much talent. obviously you didn't watch the bills in the early 90s
  13. get the torches! because that was the only play all game that mattered. oh wait..
  14. i love it. besides he has the ability to get open against pretty much anyone, the question is the qb getting him the ball
  15. well someone is looking to start an argument
  16. i love stuff like this. every player that i know, or met that has done these types of things typically love doing it as well.
  17. health issue like this are always rough. but he should be able to make it through it as long as he doesn't get stupid about things.
  18. i like it. anything to cause mismatches. even if it forces defenses to put their number 1 cb on sj it creates a situation on the outside forcing the safety to cover the deep x wr over the top or try to keep the middle of the field from opening up. the pats have been doing this for years with welker, gronk, and hernandez. it will be interesting to see if this creates more opportunities for chandler and for the deep ball.
  19. so a coach who doesn't respond is bad and has no fire. and a coach who responds this way is too thin skinned because he fires back at reporters. you know what? i don't really care unless it causes problems on the field. marrone could punch out reporters at every press conference if the team wins.
  20. yeah i don't think it would've been a problem with the 90's team, hell they've would've thought it was great and probably all went out and got one.
  21. wonder what its like to have an owner with a superbowl ring. i'd think that was pretty cool all by itself.
