  1. To answer your question: because he drafted Josh Allen.
  2. You want the guy from the Farmers commercials to be our running back? Dude, no thanks.
  3. Man, it's a rough crew in here ... 😆
  4. I heard on Sirius XM (Pat Kerwin) that Jason Kelce was thinking of un-retiring, but a return to Philly was most likely, if at all. Since Buffalo needs a center, I wonder if Beane would consider calling his agent to explore? He seemed to fit in when he was here for KC game (even though douchy KC won)... even did a table jump.
  5. Should have got McCAffrey when we had the chance ...not Von.
  6. Watching KC vs Balt right now ... it seems KC's offense is much faster.
  7. I remember 2020 season and 2021 season. Coverting a third and long was virtually automatic: Diggs, Beasley, Davis, John Brown, Knox, etc... I didn't run the numbers but this year and last it seemed more difficult. Beasley was Mr Automatic when we really needed him, those years. Cosell made the observation at the end of 2022/23 season that the Bills offensive scheme was a head scratcher. He felt we used more than usual low percentage plays .. ie: long passes. I agree and feel we've tried too many of those this season as well. Look at the game last week vs Chiefs: Sherfield couldn't catch that bomb ... neither could Diggs. I understand you have to take a shot once in a while, especially with #17, but to rely on Sherfield and a low performance Diggs (vs Sneed) was either poor play calling or decision making on JA.
  8. I'm on the fence on this game. 50/50. Typically a close game with these two teams. Similar to a basketball game, it'll come down to the last 2 minutes. But Go BILLS! I think in the end Josh will make key plays and put Bills in position to WIN. But watch out for Pacheco and Rice ... they are the keys for KC in this game.
  9. I would not overlook Steelers. Mike Tomlin coaches up his teams and has them ready. Mason Rudolph has been playing well and is looking to prove he can win as he is free agent next year. If he can win against Buffalo, his market is wide open for 2024, so he will be motivated. In the end though, with TJ Watt out, I think Bills shold be able to take care of business. I expect a CLOSE game.
  10. I'm sure they'll have the Steelers game on at these Bills bars, right?
  11. Jam their receivers in first five yards, disrupt the timing.
  12. Wish we had him for the Philly game ... he would have snuffed that run by Hurts at the end.
  13. Color Rush would guarantee a win.
  14. Accept when he plays Bills ... then he finds his "A" game and beats us.
  15. Me no likey. One game at a time.
  16. It does seem like he bulked up in the off season. Looks heavier, but I'm not certain that is his overall issue on the field.
  17. Here's a stat: we are one game ahead of the Raiders. Let that sink in.
  18. SHould have played Fournette. All I saw last night was Cook getting quickly swallowed up by Cincy defenders.
  19. Dorsey. I don't like the long passes. Like the one to Hardy. Those are 50/50 balls. Low percentage plays. I don't care that Josh has a strong arm, most of those plays don't yield anything except for interceptions. And when the play doesn't work, we are 2nd and 10.
  20. Well, I feel you take it just a little too far ... but this Bills is team is just average. Forget the stats, the pre-game fluff and the hype of Josh Allen. This team is flat. We'll be lucky to make playoffs. We lost to Jets, Pats and just barely beat the Giants and Tampa Bay ... did you really expect that the Bills would have a chance against Cincy? The 2023 Bills are right there with the Steelers, Houston and Indy ... on the outside loooking in. And for the record, Josh Allen ... although stud athlete, is immature. He needs to grow up and mature, and right quick.
  21. Yet, we nearly lost on a hail Mary. This team still has a long way to go. Hopefully they have turned the corner and are gathering steam for remainder of season.
  22. Chris Brown was talking about it on WGR today. He likely has access to different angles. I thought I saw what he was talking about. Also, player wasn't swinging helmet as a weapon, he was moving it left to right. If it was aggregious, the refs would have assessed the penalty. The player did not remove his own helment and he did not use it as a weapon.
  23. From a reverse angle you can see it was a Bills player that lifted the helmet off the TB player. The punter raised his hands to the ref signaling he wasn't doing it. That's why.
