  1. Regardless of how educated you are, you haven't seen his knee, x-rays, mris, etc ... so your guess is as good as my uneducated guess, which is that he doesn't want to play on the turf that Detroit has.
  2. "Before you get too excited, the FDA noted that the pre-market consultation “is not an approval process,” but that it did agree with Upside’s safety conclusion about its products."

  4. My friends are so depressed I fear the question of your loneliness Confide, 'cause I'll be on your side You know I will
  5. Awesome. We're tipping pitches. Was this a problem with Daboll?
  6. From when this happened in 2014: Tickets to the game were given out for free, and although Ford Field wasn't quite full, the crowd of 56,044 created a decent atmosphere in prime time. "Our fans are phenomenal," Buffalo coach Doug Marrone said. "When I first came out there, you don't know what to expect. ... Obviously, you get concerned whether is it going to be a home field or things like that, or be ready for a silent count. Then all of a sudden when I came out and looked to the right and I saw all of those blue jerseys, I was like, 'Holy cow, baby. Here we go. We've got the crowd.'" https://www.espn.com/nfl/recap/_/gameId/400607990 56,000 fans to see two horrible teams? Should be a packed house this Sunday!
  7. Who'd you get this text from?
  8. In the last couple weeks, I've noticed a lot of places advertising wing specials ... many to the tune of 10 wings for $10. Prior to that, I'd noticed that the price/10 was creeping up to $17 and even $18 at some local establishments. I hope the recent specials are a sign of the regular prices coming back down to earth.

  10. Well, generally speaking, being judgy usually makes someone a dick. Not that I'd ever say that about someone I don't know; I'm just speaking in general terms. You know. I'm 51 and I didn't want a dome. I do think football is meant to be played outside. Does that make me blue collar? Lastly ... here's a quote (a real quote, as in he said it) from Josh Allen following the Jets loss: ""It's tough to win in this league." Please don't stop.
  11. Being priced out doesn't necessarily mean that someone is a "blue collar man," who can't afford higher priced tickets. It could also mean that someone doesn't WANT to spend that kind of money to see a football game. You're very judgy.
  12. YOU WANT THE TRUF?! YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUF!!
  13. Looks like Detroit isn't the only option being looked at (thanks for the tip, @Mike in Horseheads): One problem with moving the game to Detroit is that the Bills would lose their home-field advantage against the Browns as Cleveland is only a 2.5 hour drive from Detroit. On the other hand though, the Bills would get a slight benefit because they wouldn't have to travel for their Thanksgiving game. According to Cleveland.com, the NFL is also considering several other locations for the game (Stadiums in Philadelphia, Washington and Carolina are all available if the league doesn't want to move Bills-Browns so close to Cleveland). https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/nfl-could-move-browns-bills-game-out-of-buffalo-due-to-epic-snowstorm-heres-what-the-league-is-considering/

  17. I don't see anyone simping. Speaking only for myself, I'm just saying that I don't see where all of the outrage came from (not talking about you, Joe). It's the f*cking Internet.
  18. I'm thankful for pizza with thinly sliced red onion.
  19. The reason I've always liked jw is that he (to my knowledge) has never been one to block people or to figuratively cross his arms, stick out his bottom lip and stomp his feet when confronted or challenged. We've seen him get challenged on here a hundred times over the years and it's just never been the case, as far as I can recollect. I'm relatively new to Twitter, but I don't see any indication of it happening there, either. I couldn't care less about the other two for that exact reason. Hopefully, jw doesn't follow their paths.
  20. I've been waiting so long To be where I'm going In the sunshine of your love
  21. I don't understand why this pissed so many people off. Dropping hints and speculating is literally what this board is about. Every effing day. Just because jw is an AP journalist, it doesn't mean he has to share everything he knows on here. His vague drop told us enough to know that there is some internal strife and I was fine with it. We should know to not expect names/details for obvious reasons. I'm perfectly fine with taking whatever nuggets of info are dropped, then watching TBD do what it does ... speculate, guess, theorize, hypothesize ... and then wait for the inevitable people who *know* - you know ... all of the doctors, lawyers, constitution experts, crime scene investigators, marriage counselors, etc., who stayed at a Holiday Inn last night. It's all part of the fun, in my opinion.
  22. Are you insinuating that Sean McDermott isn't truthful, forthcoming and 100% honest when he answers questions???
