I've gotten into the habit of quickly checking that the cart's wheels all work. If I have room, I'll check the alignment, too. I hate a cart that pulls to the left or right.

I know I am an outlier, but I have always loved Belichick's interactions with the press. -
I don't blame him for most of this year's fumbles. To your last question ... no - I don't think we've lost a game due to an Allen fumble. But to my earlier point, that's why I'm saying it's not necessarily a concern right now ... but giving playoff offenses extra chances isn't something anyone wants.

Yeah, this is my strategy when an aisle is overly-congested. Put my cart somewhere out of the way, then go get what I need without having to try to get a cart through a sea of a-holes.

Yeah, that's the hope ... George Steinbrenner 2.0. I've been wanting that for a long, long time. After the Wilpon-era, Mets fans deserve this.

I live an hour north of Albany. This area is loaded with Yankees, Cowboys and Celtics fans. Almost all bandwagon jumpers from the 70s-90s. But I will give it to them ... they seem to have stuck with their teams. And yes ... during the Pats dynasty, I did see a ton of NE gear around here .... now? Nothing. Hilarious.

Yeah, I feel like we're all anti-mega deals, but it's just a sign of the times. With no salary cap, this is simply what the teams who want the best chance win it all do. I guess my only concern is that if the Mets DO win it all, then we'd be looking at a major salary dump and go back to a middle of the road team. My initial reaction to that thought? I don't give a f*ck. I want a World Series win.

Yeah, there were some Raiders fans, too. I'm going back to when I was 8 or 9 years old, so I wasn't overly-attentive at the time. I do vividly remember a lot of Cowboys, Steelers and Yankees fans, generally speaking.

HOLY CRAP! Well, I guess we don't need to hope Baty is the real deal anymore. Not sure how I missed this, but I'm seeing it now. GREAT NEWS!!

When I was a kid in the late 70s, it seemed like everyone my age was either a Steelers fan or a Cowboys fan. I gravitated toward the Steelers and it was primarily because I loved Franco Harris, Mean Joe Greene and Lynn Swann. RIP, Franco.

Sean McDermott - master of the saying nothing

It's just so smart. If there's one page to take from the book of Belichick, it's to use a lot of words whilst telling the media nothing. -
Sometimes QBs just suck. Fields sucks. Just like every other Ohio State QB has sucked in the NFL. In just under two years, the Bears are 5-18 in his starts; he has 22 TD passes vs. 20 INT; and he's been sacked 82 times. And he still has three games to play this season. People are crapping on him because he is horrible. Comparing him to Josh Allen in any way, shape or form is dumb.

My goodness! (view of the sideline after Allen took that shot OOB)

I know a guy who says McDermott used to be a wrassler. I heard he even had cauliflower ear one time. F*ck around and find out. -
Oh, man. That is a great thread idea. You should do it. "If You Were On Death Row, What Would Your Last Meal Be?"

If roughing the meat was a penalty, I'd be on death row.

Went to a Bills @ Cincy game a few years back. I can't speak to any must see spots or Bills bars, but I can tell you that the fans there are very nice. We did not tailgate, but instead went to a bar near the parking lot. No idea what the name of the bar is, but it's directly across the street from the Reds Museum or Hall of Fame. The place was MOBBED, obviously with Bengals fans. I was shocked at how nice people were. I thought I'd have to wait an hour to get to the bar, but Bengals fans let me right through. In the stadium, it was much of the same. Very friendly fans. I haven't been to many away games, but this was easily the most pleasant one. And the Bills won, so that was sweet. Enjoy!
