  1. Jess Pegula plays her 2nd round match at the Aussie Open tonight (1/17) at 8:30pm ET. http://www.espn.com/tennis/bracket?id=154&matchType=2&year=2023 Looks like ESPN2 will have Aussie Open coverage tonight: https://www.sportsmediawatch.com/australian-open-tv-schedule-2023-espn-tennis/
  2. Exactly!!
  3. Yeah!! And we can't stop the run, either!!
  4. Excellent point.
  5. For a dead arm, finishing the season #3 in passing yards is pretty impressive.
  6. Is there something wrong with wanting dinner on the table when you get home?
  7. It was a pass that should have been caught by Beasley. It's really that simple.
  8. Yeah, I learned my lesson. After the KC game, my girlfriend was the one who suggested I keep it; said we could use it for another occasion. I couldn't bring myself to open it, though. So it sat in my fridge for a year. Getting the Miami win behind us was crucial. The demons are gone.
  9. Yeah, Josh had some nerve hitting Beasley in the chest with the ball like that.
  10. My vote was that my feelings will not change. I've liked and respected Brady for his entire career. Watching him in his prime ... other than when he was owning the Bills ... was a treat. I know I'm in the minority, here, but it's how I've always felt about the guy. He made the NFL better.
  11. Wait ... so he's saying that deep balls are lower percentage options??? NO SH!T. That's why some QBs attempt more of them than others. Let's not forget the TuhROD era, when the only deep balls we saw were when defenders fell down. My only criticism of Josh yesterday was him not protecting the ball better when it was in his hands.
  12. Halmost turned Tua into a vegetable.
  13. I'm sure Dolphins fans are saying the same thing. Drops happen. The biggest, most avoidable, eff up was Josh's fumble that was returned for a TD. But we won ... so I don't give a rat's ass.
  14. His incompetence is part of the reason Tua couldn't play yesterday. He genuinely put winning football games ahead of Tua's health ... then proceeded to lie about it. "Back injury," my ass.
  15. That is rude and obnoxious. What a rotten w.hore.
  16. While I do think he offers a lot of quality analysis, his voice is annoying and his ball-washing game is second to none … which often gets even more annoying than his voice.
  17. I think most of the PPP crowd can relate to less than an inch. Go Bills!
  18. I was actually going to do an exorcism using this scripture ... https://exorcismus.org/deliverance-prayer/. But ... I am a Christian man ... but I am NOT a religious man, even though I am an ordained minister. I didn't want to mock anyone/anything who/that could make my life miserable, so I decided against it at the last minute. So ... with my girlfriend in attendance, I opened the bottle ... stood over the sink, and simply said, "Lord, cast the evil from this bottle and rid this house and the world of whatever caused the Bills to lose last year's game after holding the lead with 13 seconds ... Amen." This was about 5 minutes prior to kickoff today. I had a brand new bottle of champagne that I bought about 30 minutes prior to kickoff and I didn't put it in the refrigerator until the cursed bottle was gone. Clearly, the evil in the old bottle tried to persevere ... but the Bills were too strong. We can finally put this behind us.
  19. Thanks!! I'll PM you with that answer, as well as my mother's maiden name and the last four for my SSN!
  20. I do agree with you to an extent. I think some of the Mahomes hate is because he's in so many commercials. Mahomes overload. His idiot, punk brother certainly didn't help him, either. I also think the Chiefs are a pretty scummy organization and that hurts them. The Bills aren't scummy. Josh isn't in everyone's face at every commercial break during football season. And they've never won a Super Bowl. But yeah ... there will be some haters if the Bills win it this year, for sure.
  21. Every year, fans of teams who did not make the playoffs adopt teams that did. The Bills are a likeable team. Every year since the Bills became a perennial playoff team, I've had fans of other teams quickly stop me and say, "my Jets are out of it, so I hope the Bills go all the way." I've heard that sentiment from multiple other teams' fans over the past few years. A lot of it was people being sick of the Patriots dynasty. But as the Bills have become more of a national game mainstay, more and more people are liking them, even if they're not fans, per se. A lot of it is Josh Allen and Stefon Diggs. This was happening way before the Hamlin incident. The Bills are becoming America's team.
  22. Well, for starters, a consistently clean center-to-QB exchange would be nice.
  23. When he said, "I'm being very selfish right now," I knew he was being sincere. Eff that a-hole.
