I think these rankings are, overall, pretty bad … but seeing Baker at 30 made me smile.

This is definitely true. However, after years of not subscribing to my local newspaper, I re-upped about a year ago. It had always been a part of my daily routine and I missed it. I love having it again. I gave up on TV news in 2016 and still have yet to embrace it. I like reading world and national news online because I can choose to read about what I want to read about. The main benefit of the local paper is local news. Not just the stuff that’s newsworthy, per se .. but the editorials and stories about local businesses and people. If they end up pricing me out again, I’ll likely bail. But it won’t be an easy decision.

I was a huge Billy Idol fan throughout middle and high school in the 80s. Got to see him in ‘87 with the Cult opening for him. Dream show for me and it was amazing. Glad to see that he’s still rockin’ and LOVE that Steve Stevens is still with him!!

I think the King of Queens was the best.

Overall, he pitched very well for his first start of the season. Bullpen also did their job. Losing 2-0 to the Tigers is pathetic. Managing just two hits is even worse. Getting swept is downright embarrassing. Thats the sixth time we’ve been shutout this season already. A three-game sweep of the Rockies should happen. Gotta right this ship ASAP.
