I think it's a fantastic hire. Hiring a ST Coach to be a HC - especially in NJ - seemed pretty stupid to me. Garrett's HC experience will undoubtedly help this kid. Not only on the job, but handling the media. I've never liked Garrett (dude creeps me out; looks like one of those possessed ventriloquist dummies); but I'll be rooting for the Giants to win their division, for sure.

I think Aaron Rodgers is among the biggest, most arrogant douchebags in all of professional sports, so I hope Green Bay gets killed. I've always been a big Andy Reid fan, so I'd like to see the Chiefs win. But if the Titans win, I'll be happy for them, too. The Packers winning would be the only thing that would make me less than happy.

You might not like them, but they do not suck. They've managed to be relevant for decades. Sambora is a phenomenal guitarist and I can guarantee you that Jon Bon Jovi has a better voice than the majority of your favorite singers. You can hate the guy for "plotting to move the Bills to Canada," but don't let your ignorance opine that he and his band aren't legitimately talented and successful.

Just finished S2 last night. I didn't have it quite figured out (was actually headed in the right direction, but not really close with the details). That's one reason I really liked S2. Totally agree with 4mer re: Ellie. I like the character and I think the kid is a good little actor, too. With the first girlfriend and the 2nd girlfriend (not naming names because I don't know how to do the spoiler thing) coming back to "haunt" him, we can expect more of that from others. And the mom really intrigues me. I have my guesses, but I'll hold onto them until S3 comes out. All in all ... I really like this show.
