  1. Well, she could have gone for the Kiko Alonso jersey, but that commercial would probably never see the light of day.
  2. This is like winning a million dollars and complaining that there’s too many one dollar bills. I’ll take “First World Problems,” for $1000, Ken.
  3. Is this where I’m supposed to feel bad for a millionaire getting a free suite at the home opener when I paid $211 for a seat where I could unscrew one of the stadium lights in week 5 last year? Yeah … that ain’t Hap’nin.
  4. @chaos - so you think Dorsey’s game plan has been to have Allen bail the pocket too early and hold onto the ball too long waiting for an ESPN highlight pass?? That don’t seem right.
  5. Or, perhaps, McDermott finally took control and told Josh to start doing what Dorsey was telling him to do.
  6. It’s not a spoiler for those who actually read the article.
  7. McDermott makes the best in-game decisions in the history of NFL head coaching. Josh Allen’s mental toughness is second to none. Coldplay was the greatest halftime performance, ever.
  8. He is solidly in the top 5. A couple years ago, he was solidly in the top 2. Doesn’t sound like much, but when the offense is “built” to pretty much rely upon Diggs and Allen having a good game, that’s what we get. Allen has regressed because Beane and McDermott have regressed … which includes tapping Dorsey as the OC. As appropriate as it is to pin the lack of the Bills’ success on Allen, let’s face it … the last favor Beane did for him was to get Diggs. Supporting cast and coaching have taken a dive since that happened.
  9. I normally hate when people say, “well, it was against ________ .” But it was against an offense led by what’s his name. They shut down an offense that they should have shut down. That’s a good thing.
  10. I have a horrible feeling this will be part of the “The Bills Lost Because …” thread.
  11. Are people really still calling McKittrick, “Little Dirty?”
  12. I never root for anyone to lose employment. It sucks. But what she was stupid. I hope she doesn’t get fired. But if she does, I would understand why.
  13. I might just be lucky, but the full mask has never been uncomfortable to sleep with for me. I lay on my side most of the night and have never been woken up by discomfort. The only issue I have is when the Velcro gets a little weak, or if the straps loosen. When that happens, if I hit the right angle, it makes a loud “raspberry” sound, which does wake me up (and my girlfriend). But I just tighten the straps and readjust my mask and back to sleep I go. My biggest concern was the tube that goes from the machine to the mask. Again … never a problem, which has been a pleasant surprise. I’m going on 3 years with the pap, and I’m very happy with it.
  14. I have a ResMed AirSense 10 Autoset. It’s the full mask, which I’m guessing is what you’re calling a “pillow.” I have no problems with it at all - other than it’s a minor pain in the ass to travel with. I find mine to be incredibly quiet. But I am not a light sleeper. If you’re an open-mouth sleeper, there is no getting around a full mask. The only other option that I know of is Inspire, which requires surgery to install into your body.
  15. Done dirt cheap??
  16. When they get serious and rock the short skirts with long jackets, call me.
  17. “Throwing it all Away” - Genesis - to remind him that throwing the ball out of bounds is an option. “Stop” - Jane’s Addiction - for when he feel like bailing the pocket when there is no need. “I Can’t Stand Losing You” - The Police - for when he wants to keep running and lower his shoulder, risking fumbling the ball. “In Too Deep” - Phil Collins - for when there is a receiver open underneath, but he wants to ignore him and throw the ball 60 yards for an imminent INT.
  18. I think Beltran never seeing the light of day as the Mets’ manager was an absolute blessing. We’d be making the same exact mistake the Yankees did by hiring someone who’s never coached a little league team, let alone coach in any capacity in MLB. The Randolph and Calloway debacles proved to me that NYC is not the place for a manager to cut his teeth. As we’d discussed before, my preference would be Girardi. Or another proven, young(ish) manager. I wouldn’t cross my arms and stomp my feet if Buck is retained. But I really do think we could do better. Stearns has been preparing for this role since Cohen bought the team. I am convinced. I am VERY excited about the future of the team. I think if Showalter gets another season, that it would indicate that Stearns has his sights set on 2025, but the off-season will tell us more.
  19. These are uncharted waters for me. I’ve never felt like coaching is our Achilles heel more than I feel it now. Clearly, we’ve had some horrible, horrible coaches over the past couple decades. But we also had crappy QBs and players. Now we’ve got an elite QB who is in desperate need of leadership and it’s simply not there. That said, I’m still optimistic and I still think we’ve got enough talent to go deep into the playoffs. But at this stage of Allen’s career, this team should be a buzzsaw. The lack of enthusiasm/energy at the fan base level - to me- is a result of the lack of enthusiasm/energy the on-field product has displayed for nearly an entire year of football. I’ve never seen the Allen-era Bills play less-inspired football.
  20. I loved Terry. I’m not sure I’d be thrilled if he came back. But it wouldn’t be the end of the world. I do think we need more new school than old school, unfortunately.
  21. This reminds me of one of my favorite Neil Young songs .. “Don’t Let it Bring You Down.”
  22. That ship sailed a few years ago. The Process is crap.
  23. Brandon Beane and Sean McDermott have Josh Allen’s number.
