  1. Wait. Aaron Boone is Pat Mahomes' father??????????????
  2. He was raised by a NY Met. What do you expect?
  3. I was gifted a box of Flutie Flakes many years ago. It promptly found its way into the garbage.
  4. After all these years, I think this is the first I'm learning that you're on the right side of this argument!!
  5. So, how long have you worked at Duff's?
  6. Personally, the wings I've gotten there have always been perfectly cooked and sauced, the bartenders have always been friendly and attentive and the service has always been stellar. I also think the beef on weck is top notch.
  7. Frank Gore is an absolute class act. I loved when we signed him. I still think it was a fantastic (and the right) move and I'm very happy that this relationship with Singletary remains solid.
  8. Yeah, week 17 was a throwaway game. I think if we'd beaten NE (once) and BAL, I'd have been behind McD to win 100%. And that was close to happening (and should have). I also think Shanny is very deserving.
  9. If I had a vote, I'd go with Harbaugh. McDermott has (in my opinion) done a very good job with his "process," and we started to see the fruits of it this past season. However ... a 10-win season with that schedules is on the unimpressive side. The team was inconsistent for much of the season. I think he deserves consideration and it's right that he's a finalist. I'm still glad that he's the coach. But Harbaugh simply did a better job. He recognized what he had (and didn't have) in Lamar Jackson and he built a team and an offensive identity around Jackson's skillset. Ego went out the door. They were the best team in the regular season and that is primarily because Harbaugh didn't try to make Jackson something that he isn't.
  10. I'd rather pet a pit bull than shake Flutie's hand.
  11. I think (I know, really) I couldn't give two ***** about what this little prick thinks about the Bills.
  12. I'm just responding to people. Not trying to crusade. Be lucky I didn't say Tyrod!!!
  13. I love Josh Allen. He is exponentially better than Flutie ever dreamed of being. The Bills would have lost badly against TEN had Flutie started that game.
  14. There is a chance that I may have mistaken another breed for a pit. It's really not sad, because all I do is politely avoid them. No harm, no foul. The only other species I feel similarly about is mustachioed men. They give me the creeps.
  15. Well, luckily I carry a DNA analysis kit with me everywhere I go. If I'm unsure of a dog's breed, I can know its genetic make up within 2 short minutes. Any pit bull = me calmly going the other way.
  16. It makes it okay for me. It also makes me far more unlikely to be killed a pit bull. Answer to your question - YES.
  17. All my life I've been searching for something Something never comes never leads to nothing Nothing satisfies but I'm getting close Closer to the prize at the end of the rope All night long I dream of the day When it comes around and it's taken away Leaves me with the feeling that I feel the most Feel it come to life when I see your ghost
  18. I am legitimately afraid of pit bulls. If I see a pit bull, I go the other way very calmly. Even if it might be a mix, if it looks like a pit bull, I'm out. I realize that many, many people have pit bulls for years without incident. I love dogs. But I know I can't fake being comfortable around a pit bull and I always fear that if I go near one to pet it, that it will pick up on my fear and that could be "the trigger," for the dog to snap. I am convinced (I'm not saying I'm right, per se) that all the training, love, proper discipline and equipment cannot and will not prevent a pit bull from snapping and wrecking everything in its path.
  19. I will admit that once I decide I dislike a player, that my bias is clearly displayed. But I don't think I'm fabricating anything. Our offense under Tyrod was ranked similarly and it similarly did not score points when the Bills needed points. Amassing yards and scoring points is great as long as you're doing those things when it matters most. My bigger knock on Flutie is him as a person. I think he was a crappy team mate who really had no sense of team in him. You are correct, though …. I have trouble acknowledging anything good that he may have done on the field. Definitely guilty as charged. But I do honestly believe that he really didn't do much on the field, other than provide some excitement. I'd much rather have boring and scoring more points than the other team. As far as Johnson in TEN goes, I'm not saying he played great .. or even well. But he did leave the game with a lead. Lastly, the respect is mutual. Cheers!
  20. Come around town Steal another dime Don't you push your drugs in my face Yes, I'm feeling fine Feelin' fine Don't you push drugs in my face Or I'm gonna put you in your place ***** you I don't want it no more And It's mine, this pain in my heart is all mine Yes it's mine all alone As I cry for you Yes I'll die for you Pain in my heart it is real
  21. It's still too much money and NY sucks for a lot of reasons.
