  1. How many ribs did you need to have removed?
  2. Andre's message to Beane: Surround the kid with some real talent and you'll win more football games!!!!
  3. This is how I see it. Two-score wins (minimum) for Chiefs and 9ers. It's also what I want to happen.
  4. He even chews gum like an a-hole. He's the real deal.
  5. Woke up, fell out of bedDragged a comb across my headFound my way downstairs and drank a cupAnd looking up I noticed I was late Found my coat and grabbed my hatMade the bus in seconds flatMade my way upstairs and had a smokeAnd everybody spoke and I went into a dream
  6. Come to think of it .... he did insist that we meet in a mall parking lot. Hmmmmm .....
  7. I think it's a fantastic hire. Hiring a ST Coach to be a HC - especially in NJ - seemed pretty stupid to me. Garrett's HC experience will undoubtedly help this kid. Not only on the job, but handling the media. I've never liked Garrett (dude creeps me out; looks like one of those possessed ventriloquist dummies); but I'll be rooting for the Giants to win their division, for sure.
  8. Oh ... my .... my "yes," has been upgraded to a "HELL YEAH!!!!!!"
  9. I've been to Horseheads ... and actually had lunch with Mike. I did not see any goats. So, what do you mean?
  10. What is this "behind the scenes stuff," of which you speak?
  11. I think Aaron Rodgers is among the biggest, most arrogant douchebags in all of professional sports, so I hope Green Bay gets killed. I've always been a big Andy Reid fan, so I'd like to see the Chiefs win. But if the Titans win, I'll be happy for them, too. The Packers winning would be the only thing that would make me less than happy.
  12. I would like to nominate Kate Upton. Thank you.
  13. You might not like them, but they do not suck. They've managed to be relevant for decades. Sambora is a phenomenal guitarist and I can guarantee you that Jon Bon Jovi has a better voice than the majority of your favorite singers. You can hate the guy for "plotting to move the Bills to Canada," but don't let your ignorance opine that he and his band aren't legitimately talented and successful.
  14. Not one reporter specifically asked him about the disparity of batting averages in 2017 between home and away. They suck at their jobs.
  15. Matt Patricia would eat all of those rotten bastards.
  16. Just finished S2 last night. I didn't have it quite figured out (was actually headed in the right direction, but not really close with the details). That's one reason I really liked S2. Totally agree with 4mer re: Ellie. I like the character and I think the kid is a good little actor, too. With the first girlfriend and the 2nd girlfriend (not naming names because I don't know how to do the spoiler thing) coming back to "haunt" him, we can expect more of that from others. And the mom really intrigues me. I have my guesses, but I'll hold onto them until S3 comes out. All in all ... I really like this show.
  17. She cleans up pretty nice. Looks like she is crazy in el beddo. I'm a yes .... but I don't want Fergy touching me.
  18. Can you please add one more option: "Maybe not, but it definitely wouldn't surprise me if we did." This way, the resident "experts," can vote, then brag about how they were "right." Of course, prefaced by saying, "I don't mean to brag, but ..."
  19. She looks like she needs to speak to a manager.
  20. My two: https://www.setlist.fm/setlist/rush/1987/rpi-fieldhouse-troy-ny-53d18b71.html https://www.setlist.fm/setlist/rush/2015/centre-bell-montreal-qc-canada-5bc90750.html The 1987 show was good, not great. Hold Your Fire is arguably their worst album, ever. And they didn't open with Spirit of Radio. Talk about a collective WTF moment! Admittedly, "Signals," was probably the last of their albums that I really liked; much bigger fan of their early work. The 2015 show was RIDICULOUSLY AWESOME. Incredible set list and a huge treat in Jacob's Ladder, which was not a common live tune for them.
  21. You drew first blood. You drew first blood.
  22. I agree with all of this and as much as I want to love Beane and McDermott, I have my concerns. To be clear (in general/to anyone reading) … I am NOT calling for anyone's head. However, we are three years into this regime and they have yet to handle/prepare the offense properly. That is no Bueno.
  23. True … we'll never know the real reasons. But let's say there was a pitch count and/or a lingering injury … then, at best, it's horrible roster management. If they knew Singletary had to be limited AND chose to only suit up Singletary and Gore - while leaving Yeldon inactive every week - then it's still a very, very big problem. The fact that they had Duke Williams inactive for the majority of the regular season only to activate him and make him THE focal point of the passing game in the playoffs worries me. This, coupled with the mismanagement of the running game (I think it's clear that it was mismanaged, regardless of whichever reason is the real one), should be a major concern. I think about the mismanagement of the roster throughout this season, which then reminds me of when we went INTO the season with Nathan Peterman and rookie Josh Allen. These are huge blunders.
  24. I agree a power run guy (perhaps one in his 20s) would be nice to complement Singletary. But the lack of carries he had all year (let alone the playoff debacle) is pathetic. It clearly shows how Daboll sees what's working, then abandons it.
