I love Knox. I hate that he drops too many passes, but I haven't given up on him. I just don't see the need to bring in a veteran - especially one who is in the last year or two of his career - to mentor him. That clearly didn't work last year. I also like Sweeney. He should have been getting the playing time that the worthless piece of ***** Kroft got. If McD and Beane still believe in Knox, then just keep him and Sweeney. And don't forget about Jason Pegula. He'll be back.

I'm not saying that I know where TO get that kind of talent. I'm just saying that signing a player who has one foot and four toes on the sandy beaches of his retirement home is NOT that place to get it.

Better than continuing to put Kroft on the field (which McD and Daboll kept doing).

Smith is the least of the garbage and if people are hellbent on having a veteran (I am not), then keep the better of Smith and Kroft instead of bringing in another player a year away (and too late) from retiring.

We need better. We need Kittle. We need Kelce. We need Gronk. Not a ***** relic in Olsen. We need to demand better.

I'd rather keep Smith, play Sweeney more and demand more of Knox. Replacing Kroft with Olsen is like replacing a Gremlin with a Yugo.

If Beane signs another oft-injured, overaged retread, my opinion of him will change. Jesus Harold Christ, enough is enough. Do better.

That sucks. I once did an interview with a 5 person panel (I was the interviewee). I didn't fold like a table at a Bills tailgate, but it certainly threw me off my game a little.

We used McKittrick like Deebo. Once Daboll realized how well it worked, he abandoned it.

I conducted an interview last Friday. Candidate was on time, dressed properly .. so I figure, good start. I asked who she spoke to about the position (phone screen); she told me. I asked her to give me a rundown of how it was explained what we do. She had no clue. I give her a rundown of who we are/what we do, then dig into her resume a little bit. Asked about her most recent position, including why she left. In addition to bashing the place (a big no-no), she proceeds to tell me that she'd had her tonsils removed and was bothered by the fact that she had to go through a third party to coordinate her short-term disability. She THEN went on to pose this hypothetical, "what if I get sick, or have to have another operation and have to miss a lot of time again? I don't want to have to go through that." Ten minutes. That's all she got from me.

Too bad he didn't get Epsteined. Scum bag murderer.

At the very least, even if he was faking/trying to draw a flag, had it been handled the same way it's been handled across the league all season long, he'd have gone under the blue tent for at least one series.
