I think he was smarter in 2019 than he was in 2018. He's shown, time and time again, that he works hard at improving areas of improvement. I expect to see more slides this year, but a certain handful of gutsy ends of runs that make us all hold our collective breath!

What would stop the NFL from playing a full season, regardless of when Week 1 falls? I would MUCH rather see a full season played out and a Super Bowl in April, than a truncated season just to insure the Super Bowl lands on its previously scheduled date.

Certainly you can see the difference between people going back to work with social distancing guidelines/measures in place vs. packing 16 stadiums full of ~60,000 strangers practically sitting on top of each other for 4 hours every weekend.

Fan-less football would definitely be weird, but if it means that the season starts closer to normal time, then I'm all for it.

Picking Peterman wasn't a bad move by anyone. He was a 5th rounder. Naming Peterman the starter and only having a rookie backing him up ... that was a monumental eff up (which Beane has owned).
