Missed: Foo Fighters, Glens Falls Civic Center, 2007. Absolutely NO REASON for me to not go to this show. I just didn't. Place holds 7,000. What a great place to see the Foo Fighters, right???? They were playing Wembley Stadium around that time and I had a chance to see them in a small venue that's 10 minutes from my house. Major fail. Regret: Volbeat - They were part of Slipknot's KNOTFEST tour - Saratoga Performing Arts Center - 2019. I'd heard a few Volbeat songs on the radio and really liked their energy. I was excited to see them, as many of the bands on this tour were not my cup of tea. Jesus Harold Christ, did they suck. They were so poppy and cheesy, they made Nickelback look like Led Zeppelin. My son and I looked at each other and were like, "dafuq is this *****????" There were A LOT of people who were clearly there to see them and they clearly liked what they heard (well over 20,000 people there). But it was horrible. I don't have many regrets, because I choose my concerts pretty carefully, especially with the ridiculous ticket prices. But this one ... yeah ... they blew.

I, for one, think this is awesome. I would rather see it on a channel that didn't need to censor swear words. I'd love to see these guys just be themselves and not have to filter what they say. Either way, I'm looking forward to this and it sounds like a lot of fun!

I was just about to opine the same. The dramatic ending did it for me; not to mention, Tom Petty kicked ass in the halftime show. I just learned that the Eagles were the primary choice for this halftime, but they turned it down.

Personally, I've been tipping more, too. I'd guess that many others are, too. Last time I ordered from our regular delivery place, the girl who delivered said they'd never been so busy and she was grateful. But the more traditional sit-in places are the ones who really need the help. I feel terrible for them.

I think pizza joints that primarily have delivery customers are killing it, all around.
