That would be an easy $5 for you. I've cried at more than one TV commercial. -
Beane/McDermott - finding value & talent to match needs?
Gugny replied to FlaFitz1's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Picking Peterman wasn't a bad move by anyone. He was a 5th rounder. Naming Peterman the starter and only having a rookie backing him up ... that was a monumental eff up (which Beane has owned). -

She better be quick with that knife. -
I heard a snippet of "Wish You Were Here," on the radio this morning. I need to check the entire thing out later. Is that what you're referring to? I've always had respect for Miley Cyrus' ability to sing/entertain. It's unfortunate that her own father created the slut image to cash in on. I've wanted her to succeed, in a self-respecting manner, from day one.

Before tonight, when I heard the name Post Malone, all I thought was "rapper." This just goes to show that what some entertainers do to make money might not necessarily be their passion (John Mayer comes to mind). As a Nirvana fan, watching this totally pumped me up. Travis Barker is the BEST drummer he could have chosen. I effing loved it.

I will third that emotion. That's a lot of money for a gimmick play guy. You must have loved Flutie. -

Biggest concert “miss”, biggest concert “letdown”?

When my son first started playing guitar, he was in the middle of a huge Nirvana phase. We've watched that Paramount show about a hundred friggin times. Never gets old. I remain a huge fan and wish I'd had the chance to have seen them. -

Washington offensive lineman Trey Adams Adams, who is 6-foot-8 and 314 pounds, might have been the best lineman in the Pac-12 two years ago but knee and back surgeries derailed his college career. A disastrous combine didn't help. He had a 5.6-second 40-yard dash, a 24.5-inch vertical leap and a 7-foot-8 broad jump, among the worst at the combine. Adams had several offers, before deciding on the Bills. -
